App crashes
Just purchased the sound machine and created an account, as soon as I try to sign in the app crashes. I’ve deleted and redownload the app multiple times with no success to access it and can’t use the sound machine without it as the clock has to sync to your phone. I went to the app’s link in the App Store to contact the developer 1byone and they said they have no idea what product I’m talking about they can’t help me?

App crashes can’t control machine
Since the new update the app crashes anytime I try to open it. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and even made new accounts. As soon as I sign in the app crashes and will not open so I can’t control the noise machine with my phone anymore.

The app worked great for the first 2 weeks and suddenly would not open or load by the 3rd week. Not sure what happened but now I can’t use the sound machine. Is there a way to fix this?
