Mscherrygarnet,
The best Bipolar tool
I absolutely love this app. No ads, customizable design !!Not overstimulating!! I don’t immediately get distracted or forget what i wanted to document when i open the app. I hope autofill emotion examples will be available in the future. I struggle to understand the emotion(s) i’m experiencing so this would benefit me greatly. Sometimes i can’t put a word to what i’m feeling and have to google it so this would definitely put me up to the 5 star rating if added
Whitegurlewewew,
i really loved this app but changes turned me away
i have been using this app for several months. i found it was the only app that was simple but tracked my mood/energy, but allowing me a space to write about it. i loved it. i purchased the lifetime awhile back, way cheaper than what is being asked of users now. i really appreciated being able to buy it once and not stress about a subscription or miss out on features if i ever couldn’t afford to keep it. i’m at that point now, unfortunately.
not only did this new update change the pricing, making to where i’ll switch now — even if i wasn’t i lost all of my data with this update. all of my notes on how i felt and the data attached is gone. not sure where.
just really disappointed. this was a go-to, but really enjoyed what they did for awhile.
it’s a shame because i was excited for the UI changes not that there was really anything bad about the previous layout.
Yowzoe,
💰 cash grab
Sure, pay *$60* a year if you like. Greed is good. The app is good. But the developers are making 💵 hand over fist. There’s not a lot to this app. What there is is good, but not $5/month good.

🤔 Update/response to dev:
At $60 per year (or $600 every decade), this app is in the highest tier of AppStore subscription process. For that amount of money, users should expect some amazing features. EvenMind is dead simple. Premium ($60) connects with Apple health analytics, which is automated, and not difficult to implement. There are no other premium features of significance.

I did not need clarification on your pricing, it is very apparent. The line about paying users supporting free users is a dodge. At scale, the cost to the dev per user is near-zero. The developers are making *astounding* profit from this app. Under "Values" on their support page they should include that they believe that greed is good. Of course there should be no law against a cash grab, but it deserves a calling out. Let's keep it 💯 real.

Here is exactly how to fairly price an app containing analytics from Apple Health: "AutoSleep". The dev of this highly-rated, elegant sleep-tracking app asks a small one-time charge (with no recurring subscription).

How the heck can they do this? No $60 per year!! An smazing lack of...greed.
Matt21V,
Simple and Useful
This app has all of the features that I am looking for while remaining simple and minimal.

My only complaint is the monthly subscription option. I wish there was a way to pay like $100 or something for lifetime access.
peachscones,
Requires a subscription now
This app is effectively useless without a subscription now. I started using this app almost a year ago, and I understand that the developers need to monetize it in order to earn money. However, basic features such as viewing a timeline of logged moods is now locked behind a monthly subscription.

The interface is great, and it’s a really nice app, but I don’t want to pay monthly for basic features. I wouldn’t mind paying for a perpetual license, or an annual subscription even, but the current monthly rate is steep for what it does.

Simple in the best way possible with options for adding details.
This has a really intuitive interface that feels really manageable even when low energy/ bad days. I really like the easy way to record data while also allowing for more detail. Just a really well setup interface.
Rosie__Posie,
Intuitive with tons of use cases
Super intuitive and simple to use and I love the visualization of mood with beautiful colors. A simultaneous assessment of mood and energy takes just a few seconds and it’s a nice way to check in with yourself and track patterns over time. I wish I had this app back when I was a kid!
ChristyMoo,
Great, but would want to log previous dates
i know it’s in the values page that they dont allow logging previous dates since they want it to be honest and in the moment, but trying to switch from a previous mood app is such a pain and I would love to be able to import from csv or something just so i can migrate the information.
sapphc,
i love this app so much
exactly the kind of mood tracker app i’ve been looking for. with other apps i have trouble choosing one overall mood for each day because of my mood swings. with this app, i love the fact that you can check in multiple times a day and that it shows you a graph of your mood and energy changes. the app is also very aesthetically pleasing to me, i love the toned down colors on the slider, i love how the app is organized in a minimalistic kind of way. i don’t know, but everything about this app is just so pleasing to me i’m so glad i found it.
Lagace A,
Useful and Beautiful
Even Mind is easy to use, customizable, and aesthetically pleasing. I especially love that it easily allows me to see patterns as Even Mind connects to Apple Health! Being able to see the correlation between my activity levels, sleep, and mood all in one place is a game-changer!
