Extremely Frustrating System
I installed a single camera for the front of my house February of 2019 and was really happy with it. It worked well & I was able to survey my So Cal house all the way from Jamaica while on vacation. I decided to add another & as soon as I did, the first one stopped working; constantly offline. It no longer picked up WiFi. I troubleshooted to no avail so I bought a 3rd camera & put the 1st one away. So now the 3rd camera works great but the 2nd one is constantly offline or disconnects. And it’s closest to the router. To say the least, I’m disappointed & looking for a better option.

2 months and almost no problems so far
It really does its job and is pretty user friendly. The one big knock it gets is it is phenomenally hard to get set up/connect to network. You only have a couple minutes to connect before you have to factory reset and try again. Also, if your WiFi name has any special character in it, the app will just keep force quitting. I changed the network name to all letters and it finally connected. However, once that big mess is over, it stays connected and is very easy to use. Once connected, I can unplug and move it anywhere in my apartment and it will reconnect no problem. There are great options such as the email/alarm setting, so if it detects motion it emails me a picture of what triggered it (I use it as a nanny cam for my dog). I would probably buy again/another one if the need came.

Powerful cam app
I love all things Faleemi!
This free cam app for Faleemi cams is great. I have 5 fsc881 cams, and could not be more pleased. With the Faleemi app.,
I am able to view all 5 cams live on my pc. 4 on tablet or phone
(You chose which 4). On pc, you could view up to 36 cams if you had them. Also, the pan function, on Faleemi cams that have this function, is as simple as putting your cursor on the direction arrow and “left click” and hold until you get your desired view.
Let us not forget Faleemi’s very helpful customer support. They have been very proactive. My experience has been great. They have solved all of my challenges. I have not yet found another that has worked as well as Faleemi. One company actually never returned a cam that I had sent for repairs. That was over 2years ago. Give Faleemi a try.

To Catch a Thief vs Cost & Reliability
Not big on doing reviews but only weeks after installing 2 of the 720p cameras and app, my front entry cam caught someone breaking into my car at 2am..and bc I utilized the microSD card auto recording option, I was able to pull up the feed, take screen shots and provide time stamped print outs for police. Long story short, while the pics weren’t exactly crystal clear it still captured both the person and their car good enough to allow the police to locate them that very SAME DAY. So, for an app built to operate and maintain a $80 remote camera system, it does the job GREAT!!! Slight delay on some features when viewing from remote locations but better and more reliable than I expected to get when initially setting it up.

Not as bad as others are saying
I read some of these reviews before purchasing and wondered if I was making a big mistake. After receiving 3 of them I read the instructions and then plugged them up (wired) to my router for initial setup then unplugged and was 100% simple. I went on vacation and setup the alert functionality and even though I can’t get the mic/speakers to work well the rest is totally awesome for the price. I plan on buying at least 2 more as I and extremely pleased with the cameras and the app. It was simple to setup and super simple to operate. Just follow the instructions. If you can’t read or don’t want to read the instructions don’t blame the cameras.

Great camera at a great price
We have 3 Faleemis set up in 3 different households. My sister and I use the cameras to check on our homes as well as our elderly parents-we each live in different states (NJ, NC, NM). Love that you can pan around to get different views of the rooms. Can’t do that with the Ring. Also, it’s nice that you can talk through the cameras. All work well for our needs. There is sometimes a delay with my parents feed but they don’t have the best internet service so that’s to be expected. Works great for my sister & myself. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for an affordable camera

Won’t stay in high resolution
Have one camera that won’t connect unless you are at home, with your device connected to the same WiFi as the camera, and the rest won’t stay in either 1080p for my outside camera and my indoor ones won’t stay in 720p. Message Faleemi about this issue, never heard back. Fine for the starter house me and my wife got, but we plan to move within the next year to a much larger house, will go with something else for it. Decent for the price but more of a check in on your dogs, not a security alternative.

These devices are great for watching your dogs, when you want to check on them. It doesn’t start recording when movements are detected, it doesn’t record continuously like I wanted either. It’s great for home but work its not sufficient. It cuts out the voice recording during most of the recordings but the video is great.
Also it is hard to understand your voice when talking through the devices as well. great picture taking though. Overall for the price, its good.

Motion detection notice delay too slow
Two issues. The initial motion, at my front door location, detection seems too slow to in order to see the cause immediately. Often on replay the cause is over before the recording is finished and then notice is activated. For example, a rushed UPS delivery guy may not even appear in the video. Also by the time the motion notice sounds on my iPhone, it’s too late to know who or what it is before going to the front door.

Overall great app just needs some minor tweaks like being able to use headphones/earbuds rather than it playing through the phone even if the audio device is connected also it would be nice for the whole screen to rotate in left or right landscape rather than portrait the phone is iPhone 7+ if that info was needed
