We fixed many issues with this release. The two most significant are a fix for the bug that would cause the app to crash after purchasing a subscription for users that are running an older version of iOS and a completely new registration process that makes it much easier to claim your existing player record.
Here is a list of all of the fixes:
- Fix for iOS 11 devices that would cause the app to crash immediately after purchasing a subscription.
- Completely revamped registration process that makes it easier to claim your existing player record.
- On smaller devices, the rows on the Favorites screen appear squished together.
- Fixed issue that caused some users to be unable to create and save more than one Favorite.
- In some instances, an unestablished player's actual performance rating was shown on the Home screen instead of their preliminary rating.
- If only the "What is wrong?" field was filled in on the Submit Error screen, the app would crash.
- Selecting an empty match row on the the Upcoming Matches page would cause the app to crash.
- The list of Upcoming Matches on the Home screen would not always refresh on pull-down-to-refresh.
- Helped help links during the registration process.

Subscription Error
Unfortunately after I paid the year subscription no additional information/features unlocked. Subscription information button even recognizes that I’m a premium member. I’m a bit dissatisfied. At least I can see my up coming matches.

Very Slow Fargo Score Update
I’m not very pleased with this app. It shouldn’t take weeks to update someone’s Fargo Rating. I’ve been using this for weeks now playing in a 10-ball league and there still hasn’t been any updates to my Fargo Rating. Also you can mark your favorite team (usually the team you are playing for) however it shows a solid gray screen and nothing populates. Someone please resolve these issues.

I’m a new user and can’t see match stats even though I bought the subscription. Also. When I send an email to the provided email via the help tool it doesn’t work. I would also like to be able to see other players full info as they should be able to see mine. Please help.

Blank Stats
The app works great for the most part and would be perfect if only one could view their stats. The stats part shows at the beginning of a league season then goes blank for the rest of the season. Very disappointing.

So Disappointed
I was all ready to subscribe for a year. This would have allowed me to keep current on my matches and present rating. However, I couldn’t even get past starting an account! I found my self by name, however once I got to the account set up (email and password). I was unable to go forward. Perhaps it is because it is not smart phone compatible? I’m using an I-phone.

What use an app that you have to pay a subscription fee. Other pool leagues provide apps which shows you your stats all you pay is annual league fee. Very disappointed that I’m in a league using this app and I’m unable to see my stats or other people I will be playing with.

I downloaded the app and signed up. Paid for the subscription to unlock the extra features, but it didn’t work. One window says thanks for subscribing and then u go to your stats and it says you need to subscribe. Wasted money….

There is no rating system in the world with the depth of knowledge and accuracy of FargoRate. If you want pool to grow, support FargoRate and this App.

Can’t look at my team stats or change profile pic. From what I see I have the premium version and can’t do anything except check my rate. Please fix it. Customer service is zero. Basically told me tough crap not their problem take it up with apple store. Wow
