blmareterrorist,
AWESOME APP! Just started using the app today
UPDATE: I am 12 hrs into my first fast. The review I left earlier is below and well worth the ability to access more of the features available on this app. The text updates on the effects of my fasting time have been a HUGE motivation! And knowing how the fast is affecting my body only increases my will to reach the next level. 5 stars and I have a feeling I will be paying for membership soon! Thanks

Original review: 1 hr in and I wanted to use the app longer before rating to be fair, but the developers built in a block to some functions unless you write an honest review. Honestly, it seems helpful but since I have only been using it or less than two hours, I can’t give it more than a “meets what was stated on app description” three stars. I hope to update this after I have been on it and can access more of the functions. But so far (2 hrs in and trying to explore the app which requires this review to do so) it’s keeping track of my time on my fast accurately. Developers, allow the free functions without a review so we can honestly review your product. I hate leaving less than 5 stars but I can’t access your program with out this write up. Thanks and look forward to leaving a better review when I can honestly use the app

Testing Fasting App Phase
Have lost a significant amount of weight in recent years. Most significantly since July of 2021, prior to discovering this longer term fasting app. Haven’t seriously restarted my Keto regimen yet. Today, I’m restarted at the daily and or one day Fast for a couple of weeks. I plan on slowly titrating up to longer durations; most likely OMAD as a steady and consistent plan over the long haul. Believing this App will provide the basis tools for monitoring. After all is said and done, consistency rules in conjunction with intermittent fasting. In addition to random OMAD I’ll do 18-6 as my standard daily eating plan. Ultimately, looking forward to using your App. Bill D

Informative, bit clunky
I downloaded this so I could join my sister in fasting for health, and I really do like all the information provided (hidden behind vaguely translucent “rate to unlock” bubbles you can read through if you’ve got the patience, which I no longer have). I can keep track of how long I’ve been fasting (this is where it gets clunky, more below), and see where in the fasting cycle I’m at. It’s still all Greek to me at the moment, but I’m learning more every day.
As for the ability to log a fast that’s already started... I wish there was a way to adjust the time as well as the day you started, because I was already a solid 14 hours into my fast and backtracking a day added 24... With no way to edit. So to keep my information honest and accurate, I ended up uninstalling the app and info completely and then redownloading and backtracking my fast start 24 hours later. A bit excessive and annoying, just so I can see where in the cycle I'm at. This clunky UI (along with the bizarre white on light gray background roller bar and non-existent past days for setting existing fasts) is the reason I only rate this app four stars, because despite the plethora of information, one has to extrapolate and bend their brain a bit more than strictly necessary to navigate and utilize the app.
EasterTy,
Just starting
Looking forward to benefits of the app. Wanted to set my start time as the night before and created account the following day. Setting up a bit difficult in that I wanted to set my start time in the past and was unable to see the date/time setting well and their prompts, so had to guess several times (roller dial font color is pale against a white backdrop, and cannot identify time roller, just minutes, no visible am/pm roller). Also, instead of having a setting type icon to reset my setting, I had to uninstall so I could reset the start date/time. Plan to update as I go. If devs/testers look at this, to replicate, uninstall, install, pick the fast already in progress (I am on iPad too), the try to visualize the date time rollers. Also, need a setup gear icon to update manually anything the user needs: change duration, start time, etc.

Worth it
I’ve only used this app for a day, but so far I enjoy the features. I like that it shows you milestones you’re hitting and what happens during the time you are fasting. It keeps me motivated and that is something I definitely need to keep this fast going.

One thing I had a little trouble with was setting up the amount of time I was going to be fasting for. I had already started fasting a few hours prior, so I selected that option and tried to set it to the correct time, but it is still a few hours off. The menu to choose from in setting the time was grayed out and I couldn’t really see what I was selecting. Otherwise, I haven’t run into any other issues and I am excited to see if I can reach my goal.

Long fasting
It took me a few days of app store searching to find an app that tracks longer than 24hrs. I am quite happy with the lengths offered by this app. The ap also lets you back track a fast and this comes in handy when you go to sleep but forget to start the ap to track the fast. Also the app tells you what stage your body should be in based on time, I find that interesting and motivating. I also appreciate the developers letting me get the app without cost up front and allowing use for my IMAC as phones are good but my eyes get a lil tired looking at the screen. Thanks

Allows me to make it work for my schedule
I like how this app lets me like set a schedule, so I know when fasting and eating times are, but they also let you like kinda work around the times and if you need to end early for some reason, or you feel like pushing yourself and going longer, they let you do that. I tried so many different fasting apps and I settled on this one because the interface is very easy to understand, and it doesn’t push a premium version on you to get all the good features, like most of the other apps do.

Ekadasi Fast Tracking
I use this app to monitor Ekadasi fasts. Ekadasi is a designated fast day / night for Hindus twice per month. These is a recommended times to fast buy Lord Krishna himself and the benefit's of fasting on Ekadasi days are huge. I do not fast on any other days except for Ekadasi and other special Holy days that occur throughout the year. Even if you not religious fasting on Ekadasi can have huge benefits for you. Thank you for the App. Namaste

There are two Ekadasi days each month and they are astronomically calculated according to the Moon. The word Ekadasi literally means the eleventh day, eka (one) + das (ten) = eleven. So an Ekadasi generally falls eleven days after a full Moon and eleven days after a new Moon
hannah is concerned,
Nothing to complain about!
I have nothing to complain about with this app. It tracks my fasting, something I incorporate into my daily life. So it’s most definitely a big tool for me! They let you know when you are at a certain point and what your body is doing at that time. Granted, you do have to write a review in order to access seeing what your body is doing at a certain time, which is why I’m doing what I’m doing now😂. Buttt that’s not a real downside to the app considering you could just look it up! 5/5 stars💞
maryasrom,
So far so good.
I was looking for something simple and easy to use. This app has an additional plus point of being informative, so I know what my body is going through during the fast. The mood addition was a lovely surprise as it allows me to my unique mood patterns during fasting. I have a few suggestions: sometimes I end my fast but forget to press and on the app, an option to end it and then confirm how many hours I actually did. Secondly, if I delete and re-download the app I lose my previous stats.
