FatigueSafe helps you to quickly evaluate your personal fatigue levels. It can be used for work or personal purposes and considers factors such as your current fatigue state as well as your recent sleep quantity & quality, physical & mental signs of fatigue, and more.

Informed by the science & medicine of personal Fatigue Management and developed in conjunction with real-world industry partners Fatigue Safe is designed to improve your safety, performance and ultimately the quality of your life.

In response to feedback from our users and incorporating recent research into fatigue management, we've modified our fatigue questions and re-worked our different outcomes. There are now 4 possible outcomes from the fatigue test, up from 3, including a new 'Stop and Stay Safe' category when research indicates that it is not appropriate to proceed with safety-critical tasks.
