Feel For Your Life was created by a breast cancer survivor to be the best app for learning how to do self breast exams and helping users become breast health advocates!
According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, 40 percent of diagnosed breast cancers are detected by women who feel a lump, so it’s important to develop a routine.
The Feel For Your Life app will allow you to set goals for doing self breast exams, explain how to do a self breast exam, allow you to document your self breast exams and enable you to set reminders for doing self breast exams. Users also have the option to contribute to a private community where they can engage with others on topics related to breast health.
Use this app to collaborate with your medical provider and be better equipped in your breast health advocacy.

I love the simplicity of this app and how much it achieves without being overwhelming. There is so much useful information for any woman - no matter her stage of breast health. I personally love the reminder setting. This is a God sent to me because I do exams when I think about it - and don’t do them regularly enough. Thank you so much for your advocacy and drive to put information in the hands of all women!
two handfulls,
Finally!
Living in a conservative state, women’s health (especially breast health) was never a focus in school curriculum, leaving many young women behind the learning curve in preventative health. This app helps bridge the gap with awareness and handy tools so that young (and young at heart 😂) women can better understand what preventative breast health entails and what to do with that info. A must for all ages!
LopezAF,
