Great work out app
I like how they give you options to add more time to your break if you need it. The transitions from each different exercise is very smooth. I’ve used a few workout apps and this one I like the most out of all the others. They have a lot of different workouts for a lot of different areas especially if you wanna do a full body workout.

Disappointed!
I’ve never left a review for an app. But this was very disappointing. They do not “talk to you “ to let you know what we are doing. They only show you the cartoon image doing it. But there is no set up time? By the time you figure out what the cartoon is doing… Half of your time is over. And the exercises I did… Only work one side?? They don’t balance it out with the other side? And they do not tell you, ahead of time, what equipment you need?? So some of your time is spent trying to hurry and get the equipment you need to do the exercise?? And they give you a rest in between every workout?? So I spend as much time going back to my phone and skipping the “break time”Tbl@nk as I am working out??

It could be a little better.
The exercises were easy and straightforward. I did notice in 1 exercise the diagram was using weights, we weren’t told in advance to have weights available. Maybe an explanation of the next exercise (during our break) would help us get in the correct position and do the next exercise correctly. Sometimes getting in position or having to look at the photo takes time away from the actual exercise. Overall? Pretty good. Wasn’t expecting I’d have to do push-ups!

You really don’t have to pay! (Just like all of the other workout apps) But I love how you can do a 7 minute for 30 days workout! This is great if your doing a quick workout on the go! Thank you creator for making this app! Keep up the great work! ❤️

Great!!!
I love this!! I feel so much better! It’s easy and you don’t need a bunch of equipment, but still provides a good workout. Only problem is that some exercises only do one side, and not the other, so I’m never sure when to do the other side (end up doing it during the break). They also don’t demonstrate how to do the workout until you’re supposed to be doing it. Overall though, great app, especially for beginners

So this app I like it but there are some changes to make one if we can have a Selection of music that would be great call mom and if they could tell us what workout would be next that would be great too and if they have a countdown from three to one that would be great but if you’re counting down 321 done that would be amazing other than that it’s an awesome app

Needs a little work
I did this for the first time. As a beginner, I would like to know ahead of starting what weights I may need. Also, certain workouts have you do one side of the body but not the other and doesn’t tell you to alternate. Then, on the Tablet exercise says to lift a leg but the person shows lifting an arm with both legs down.

Pretty good…
I love that you don’t have to pay for anything in this app. Apps that I have had before have! This one feels good. There are many options for that workouts you need to help you feel good! You can do multiple workouts a day or just one. The only downside is that some exercises only have one side, but otherwise it’s good!

Great app for a quick workout
When you’re pressed for time, this app is great to do a few exercises to get moving. Really helps me to stay motivated because it’s only 10 minutes and the exercises offer a lot of variety.
