Superb...!
it’s a healthy challenge. Combining just the right amount of cardio, and yoga like exercises to help build muscle and break down fat. I’m not a big cardio person but this works great for me!!!! (As working out can do,) I feel so much better after these workouts, I have more energy, I’m happier and overall I feel strong, capable and amazing!!! I do stretch in addition to the ones they help you through, as I’m working on flexibility... but this is definitely a MUST TRY!!!

I absolutely love this app. This app has helped me so so much I would give it 5 stars but the voice I’m guessing sounds like Siri and I don’t really like that. I started yesterday( April 29) and everything is good so far this is a free app you don’t have to pay for any of the exercises i love it so much ❤️. I would totally recommend this app for anyone who wants to get into shape. If you speak a different language it will let you pick the language that you want it has like English Spanish etc. It will send you notifications if you pick a specific time you want to workout. You can also customize the exercises you want to do. I totally recommend. Get this app it will help you a lot!

I love this app so much. I don't have to pay unless I choose to. And it has leg and thigh workouts advance and not advance and both have 30 days it teach how much weight you lose and if you get scared about putting in your weight it's ok you can always delete your data. I love this app so much would get again.

I absolutely love this app!!! First of all, this app is completely free! Next when you choose a type of weight loss every day it gives you different exercises for a month, then when you put your weight in it tells you if you are underweight, normal, or overweight. Overall great app, definitely recommend it👍🏻

I really like this app!!! I am on day 7 rn and by the pass 3 weeks whenever I put my legs up I will see how it look. Like and 3 weeks later I can see that my thighs slim. Ima keep going and my strategy is to not give up. And be save from this corona stay home and live free!!!

Why we can't create an account to sync and store data? Every time I reset my phone, I need to start workouts from first step 🤦🏻‍♀️
Also, this app doesn't send data to Apple health despite this option being active.
