FFC+ Hack 2.4.7 + Redeem Codes

This app is really not the best and I’ve ran into a handful of issues already.

I pay for the membership so that I can go to any FFC location. The app will not show me each locations hours on any given day besides “today” and even then i have to make a location my “home gym” in order to see “todays” hours.

Also, each location has different amenities. It would be nice if the app somehow had a page for me to look at all the amenities at a specific location instead of me having to go to the FFC website.

Lastly, it is odd that FFC On Demand only opens up on a new webpage and the videos are not available on the app. Depending on the location and where I am at the gym - the videos take a ridiculous amount of time to load. I’ve given up a handful of times when trying to use it.

Is the point of the app just to check in and do nothing else? If so, then I guess the app is great. When I need to look up anything - I end up having to go to the FFC website instead of the app.

I was so excited about old app being retired... up until moment I opened new app.
1. Check-in always loading, takes 15 seconds just to check in.
2. Booking is terrible - spinner shows all the way at the top so when you press book button you can’t even see that something is loading. And if you book earlier then 48h it still shows you your booking is set message when reservation didn’t happen.
And that only two functions of the app that I’m using. Not talking about overall user experience. App got a facelift but is worst then the old, at least old app worked

The previous app was able to at least submit reservations on time and accurately so that I can find them afterwards and confirm lanes, times, and dates. The current app will not allow me to see how long my booking is for and takes way to much time to load-by the time it is finished processing, the booking is no longer available. The timeline does not show reservations as it says on the booking confirmation- it actually doesn’t show anything at all.

Please listen to your users and fix the issues that keep coming!

Please allow users to modify whether or not they receive email notifications for classes launching and becoming available for registration.

Also please enhance push notifications so they take you directly to the date & class that you’re registering for. Currently they just take you to the group fitness and you have to scroll to the day of the class you want to register

Why did they make this app? It is almost useless. I design apps for a living and can tell you right now, this thing was not created by someone who cares about and understands how people use apps to make life easier. Sure FFC is a health club, not a technology company, but there is a notion in modern business that every company in the modern age is a technology company too. So if FFC won’t invest in a quality app, I suggest they don’t create an app at all with clunky confusing features. This just makes customers frustrated even more.

Super buggy this morning. Keep trying to view class schedules for tomorrow and the app takes forever to load, only to arrive at today’s schedule all over again. Can’t even see schedules at other locations. Impossible to navigate from instructor profiles back to the class you were viewing without backing completely out of the group fitness calendar.

Can’t book one of service categories because of an error. Error messages unhelpful. Confusing interface. Muddled design. No calendar integration for bookings (though promised for future)—to generate revenue from penalty for missed bookings? Overall a poorly planned rollout to users who are obliged to use the app. The privacy statement here is not correct; app requires location for check-in to classes.

This app transition makes no sense; why force members to migrate to an app with fewer features and very clunky interface? The photography is flashy, but this feels like a brand badge more than a better user experience. Not sure why I can’t add my UPC to Apple Wallet, but I’m tired of being forced to use experiences designed by people who have no idea how people are actually using technology 🙄

For the longest time it said my current membership wasn’t able to use the booking services, when I was told to redownload the app to get it to work, the interface was clunky to book anything and it takes forever for the barcode to load- felt bad for the front desk attendant

This app is not user friendly or intuitive. I liked how the old app showed my week schedule on the first page so I can see when my classes I reserved for the week are. It’s so confusing and needs to be fixed. The old app was better.
