Still works but needs updating to current OS
This is a great game, especially if you like castle defense games. However, the game maps don’t always format correctly with new iPhones or the latest iPads. The fact that the games is still fun to play in spite of some annoying minor errors due to not being updated to the latest OS, speaks to the overall game playing of the app.

BEST GAME EVER
Love the game, it is really fun to play and no matter what never gets boring. I loved the first field runners so when I saw there was a second, I immediately got it. I absolutely love how many towers and maps there are! Super fun to play over and over again. I also like the different difficulties so you can play the same round multiple times for fun, or for a real challenge. The one problem is that i got this game on my IPhone and it would not allow me to use the in game currency to unlock the new towers. The button wouldn’t work. But I love this game so much I got it on my IPad to be able to unlock those and also to be able to soo the guide on the towers, items, and runners. Best game ever, just fix that issue. I will be waiting for more DLC with more towers runners and maps. 5 stars for sure!

Still enjoying this game - plays great
Everything works great with this game. My thanks to the devs for giving this game of theirs some attention. Though I'd really love to see a third iteration in their Fieldrunners TD lineup, I'm still enjoying this game. It plays great on my iPad Air/10.3.1, but for some reason, the update that brought 64-bit with it has removed the last 3 maps that were added to the game (Twist of Time, Cardio Training, and End of Time). Although I didn't play them too much, I'd like to have access to them at some point in the future.

Game deleted itself.
The game deleted itself and when I redownloaded it, my coins were missing about 13,300. The rest of my progress is there, but to have 2 1/2 months of work come up missing is ridiculous. I was just over 500 coins away from getting the polymorph tower. This event left me with 1100 coins. The game is great fun, but this left a sour taste in my mouth. I played it for years on computer and only recently got it for the iPad, so I missed out on getting the polymorph tower for free. Until this happened I would have given this game a five star review.

Nearly Unplayable on M1 IPad Pro
I love the original Fieldrunners. Great game! I’m sure that this is a great game as well, but it’s nearly unplayable on the 2021 IPad Pro. The text overlays on top of each other, there is bizarre text showing up on some screens, some of the maps are cutoff, etc. These are just some of the issues….
I was able to play the first few levels (loved them!), but the latter levels are becoming so problematic that I just gave up.
Please fix this! I want to play this!

Good game but format is weird.
I love the game but I got it on my new iPad and all the text is overlapping and going outside of where the text was on my old device. I don’t know why this is happing many because I got the one that says “for iPad”.

If you rated this like one star for it being glitchy or unplayble. 1. Restart your dang ipad. 2. Stop all software running in the background. 3. Get better wi-fi. 4. Stop using so much storage! 5. Your ipad is trash. Like just dont get it if your ipad is so bad it cant run it, JUST DONT

Love It!!!!
I absolutely love this game, its very entertaining and i never get bored playing. No glitches and runs very smooth. But i noticed the game plays better on a bigger screen, like an iPad or tablet instead of a phone. But i definitely recommend. Worth the money

Almost unusable
While the game looks fun and has great visuals, all the text is messed up. Text overlapping on each other, falling off the screen, too big to fit where it’s supposed to. I can’t read any of the instructions, menu items, hints, anything in the store. Basically anywhere that contains text is unreadable and unusable. Wouldn’t waste your money if this is the kind of care they put into a paid app.

Better Than Field Runners Attack
I really enjoy playing Field Runners 2, I don’t care much for Field Runners Attack, tired of the games where you have to build stuff, lame. Would love an update to FR2 or a Field Runners 3. Long live traditional Field Runners gameplay!
