WORST APP EVER!!

Do not even waste your time!!! They do no deserve the 1 star I wanted to give them No negative 0 stars but I had too just to leave a review. It’s been nothing but issues upon issues with this app since downloading. Long story short deposited funds smoothly and quickly thereafter went all down hill! Was not able to play slots couldn’t even utilize my deposit they locked all play on the app why?? I’m not sure they never said and no ask of verification or documents if that was the issue that should of been addressed at registration! They take your money and lock you out! Could not log into site would not accept my password that’s saved in my IPhone tried multiple upon multiple times forgot password email never received a link after 7x still have not received reset email! Support?? What support?! Chat window that NOBODY answers waited a hour Support is a Joke! I’ve been on some questionable gambling apps/sites but this one is by far the shadiest! Blatantly disrespectful! I feel robbed! Atleast the other apps let you log in and play. Waste of time and energy can not get refund can’t even get customer service! Don’t do it!

NOT ALL BAD

This App is not as BAD as some of the reviews, but it is hard to maneuver, especially when there is no one to speak too. My 1st problem was when I won $1,000, I put it in , to withdraw, and waited, and waited…it states that you will receive an email, but I did not get anything from them, I had an overnight stay at the Casino Hotel coming up, and wanted to play my winnings there. Well, I went to the Cashier at the Casino, and she explained to me that there were requests waiting for me to respond too…I had NO ideal, after she walked me through the steps. I saw that they were requesting a photo of my License, a copy of the card that I used, and my banking information (I used a Checking deposit slip), they ask that you cover up most of your account numbers leaving only the last 4 numbers visible. I thought that the requests were a bit excessive, BUT , it’s actually a great source of protection for the Player and the Casino. I was not able to use my $1000 winnings that night, but after I sent in the snapshots, the monies were readily available. I have not had a problem since. If not for the fact that there is not a more customer friendly explanation , or online customer service, the lack of games, and the waiting period that it takes for you deposit to reach your account (10 - 15mins). When you make a deposit while playing it should should be a continuous process. I would have rated this App higher.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Ive used almost every Sportsbook/Casino that’s available in the state of Michigan and there is no doubt that Firekeepers is the absolute worst one of them all. I requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago (after I uploaded documents to verify my identity) and then a couple days later received an email asking why I withdrew the money. Why does this matter? It’s my money and I’d like it back? I responded to the email well over a week ago. Well fast forward and now my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed. Whenever I start a chat with an online agent, I verify my identity, explain the situation and then I’m told this issue has been sent to payments department and I’ll be emailed when it’s been resolved and then the agent ends the chat. I have not received any communication from the payments department either. Stay away from this app and company as they WILL keep your money hostage. Their logic is we’ll either take your money or we’ll make it as hard as possible to get the money out that you put in. Absolutely horrible service and app. Save yourself the headache and gamble elsewhere.

horrible experiences

i am a frequent goer of Firekeepers Casino. when i figured out i was able to play from my phone, made my experience even better. BOY WAS I WRONG. after winning slots (88 fortunes jackpot) i was able to withdraw money at the cash counter, smoothly. i win again (88 fortunes and blackjack) process a withdraw for $700 and received the email stating my funds were available for pick up. upon getting to the cash counter not 1 but 2 managers stated that the conformation email isn’t in their system. so they told me to wait. after waiting DAYS, i go back to the cash counter just for them to tell me to contact customer service (which i did). long story short, if you’re winning money on this app, you’ll only be able to do one withdraw without running into problems. i’ve won over $1,300 and was only able to receive the first initial withdraw of $500. eventually i canceled the withdraw and lost all the winnings (not surprised it is a casino app). don’t download unless you want to waste your money, time, and if you live in Michigan gas as well.

Worst Online Gambling App Ever

I was able to deposit money with no issue! Took it with no documentation or anything needed. I lost a bunch. Stopped myself and did a withdrawal. This is where the issue came in. I couldn’t withdraw it. Then once I reached out to chat they had me send over documentation. Days later I get an email saying my withdrawal was cancelled. I reached back out to be told my documents never came. Then they check and say oh yeah we did get them. Since your request was canceled though we’ll have to mail you a check. In order to do that though we need more documentation. Felt like I was being scammed. So I sent in more docs and was told I would hear back within 48 that my withdrawal would be processed. 5 days and no word. I reach back out to be told my docs were in and a check would be mailed and that I can expect a check in 30 days…… If it was a lot of money I’d understand but it was only $150. I had to go through all that for that. Maybe that’s what they hope for. By far the worst experience with gaming apps.

Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I opened an account on September 10th, submitted the documents for verification as requested. Nothing. I reached out again on the 18th, and was told that they were to be put through verification, so they hadn’t even been sent along yet. I reached out today, still nothing. I reached out to support to close the account, since I hadn’t even been able to use it. Kay D in support asked me why I wanted to close the account and I explained. She provided ZERO confirmation or communication after I requested it be closed. No “ hey it’s closed all good”, nothing. I reached back out to support and it was her again. Just said the account is closed. Avoid this casino and app like the plague, they don’t value your time or business, and are completely unprofessional when you want to close and account. I’d give zero stars if it were an option.

WORST GAMBLING APP

PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!! First you add cash.. right next to deposit is “withdraw” oh so deceptively.. you CAN NOT withdraw onto the same card you deposited smh.. ok so you go and do the ach option. Get a email saying you MAY have to upload documents. Check for two days, no request. 7 days later.. document request.. rolling my eyessss… requesting bank statement and a picture of the card.. No description of exactly what they need see to to be founddddd.. I broke even and I just want my money back and they are making it extremely difficult compared to other gambling apps. Unnecessary. Seems like their goal is to keep the money out of your frustration. I will be deleting and excluding myself as soon as everything is settled and they will NEVER get a dime out of me. I’m not even going to the actual casino bc of this! GAMING COMMISSION NEEDS TO SHUT IT DOWN!!!

Not impressed.

First of all. Can tell they don’t care about their app. Hasn’t had an update in over 4 months. All other Michigan ones. Update every few weeks. After playing. Sure not gonna have much expectations to possibly come out ahead. But to have just over a %5 percent return that’s not the major issue. I would move from my couch to my chair. Maybe at most 5 feet. I would get a technical error with a message checking location. I would then have to back out the game. I would realize that I just lost the bet from the technical error. Like people have said in other reviews. Only takes seconds to deposit money. Why would I want to drive 3 hours to get my money or wait days on days. If you read this far. It will also be realized they haven’t replied to any reviews even good ones in over a year.

Don’t waste your time - Scam

Don’t waste your time downloading. If you want an online casino/sportsbook stick with the big names. Even if you win money via one of their sign up promotions they throw curve balls at you to actually withdraw your money. Obviously, there are no such impediments to depositing your money or betting. Instead, issues and hurdles on apply when you actually want to withdraw and winnings. Be prepared to provide copies of bank statements and photos of your debit cards. Even though, none of this is ever communicated beforehand or even adequately identified as an issue without spending significant time via customer support. Also, customer support is an absolute joke. In the end, the big name sites have no such impediments and you will save yourself plenty of time and hassle by avoiding this app.

Do NOT Download!

This is the very first time that I’m writing a review EVER! Run away from this casino app as fast as you could. They approved my $1,000 deposit in seconds, I won some money and requested to withdraw $5,000. I chatted with a live agent everyday to check with my withdrawal, they all gave me the same response saying that there are a high volume of withdrawal requests and it usually takes 3-5 days to get the funds. 5 days later, I still do not have my winnings. I talked to the agent again and I was told to submit the necessary verification documents. After submitting all of the requested documents, they still won’t give me my winnings!

Stick with BetMGM, Caesars, Fanduel and Draftkings. They only take minutes to process withdrawal but Firekeepers takes days if not weeks! I will be seeking legal action soon!
