Disappearing bonus.

I’d like to know when bonuses started to decide that they can change what their own rules are themselves. I recently opted into a bonus where if I deposited $20 I got $20 on our game called golden nugget real. I think well I did it. I had my bonus it was in there. I went and played some other games and then all of a sudden the game start acting weird, so I went out for a little while went back, and when I went back, my bonus was gone well when I went and got with the live chat, they’re telling me it was converted to cash. Well I was telling them according to your own rules that bonus can’t be played on any other game and when I was in another game all I had was my deposit, but what do I know didn’t wanna listen to me and they just kept telling me it was converted cash. What do I know about the most worthless, scandalous asa crap I’ve ever seen.. and I tell you what I’ve done deleted this app and I won’t be going back to it because when y’all take peoples bonuses and try to come up with some bull crap story like that and I’m not doing what they’ve done crooked crap. Worst app. I think I’ve played in a long time and it’s sad because I used to really like this app.

By far the worst app, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I don't even know where to start. I wish there was a zero star option. I downloaded this app, deposited $40 and couldn't play anything on it, so I contacted customer service, he had me change some settings on my phone and uninstall then install the app again. This should have been the first sign. I also, downloaded the new iOS version to see if it made a difference and it still didn't work. I checked my account and the money was debited from my account immediately. I went back to the app and did a withdrawal. This was all done on a Monday, it's now Friday. I checked my account and got an overdraft fee and I still don't have my money. I called customer service they couldn't help me and told me to call VIP which she game me their phone number. VIP couldn't help me and told me that I need to talk to Golden Nugget. After 3 hours of the run around neither customer service nor the processing department could help me and told me to call my bank. IDIOTS!! Please people do not download this app. So my $40 turned into $100 in their system. SCAM!! They are legit crooks. Stick with MGM or DraftKings.

Not Worth The Hassle

Like other reviewers have mentioned about their own cases, it takes a lot for me to write bad reviews but Golden Nugget has got it all wrong. I tried them out because of their bonus advertisements and the post stated 1x play-through requirements which is the standard for a reputable high standard online casino. After depositing and playing for a while I realized that was definitely not the case as a $30 bonus took ~$700 of game play to clear.

While I have had issues with pretty much every online casino, a 10-20x play-through requirement is just ridiculous and a scam, especially when your cash balanced is purposely used first so you play through your cash balance and then are left with worthless bonus cash that requires thousands of dollars of play to clear. Until Golden Nugget shifts to a realistic play-through requirement (1-2x) they offer nothing worth the hassle of dealing with a lower quality site and and customer service experience. 1 Star but hopefully they will come to their senses sooner or later on the issues mentioned above.

This app will take your money. You probably won’t get any of it back.

Customer service live chat works maybe one time every two weeks (at least that’s how long it took me to get in contact with anyone). They don’t reply to support emails, but their chat agents say that they have sent out multiple emails that were never delivered and blame the customer. Supposedly they need a PayPal statement to process withdrawals. I successfully withdrew money without that in May. Their chat agent didn’t read the words I typed to him, he typed at me and said the same sentence over and over again. Once I finally had an idea of what was expected on my end, he disconnected the chat and I haven’t been able to get back into it since. I submitted the document that was asked for and the withdrawal has still not processed. There might be one or two people working for them that do their jobs properly, so some people might eventually get their money out. Nobody that I talk to in Michigan has had a positive experience though.

This has red flags written all over it, potentially a scam

If you deposit money for a bonus spins the game won’t exist or you have to nag customer service till it does and they will give you a complete random game that it never mentioned for the free spins, it won’t let you withdraw money. I spent over an hour with customer service and literally just said f it and deleted the app. The options they have for withdrawing is make a new account with them with a prepaid card, withdraw to AHC, PayPal, and get a check in the mail. The withdrawal can take up to 3 weeks to process but the kicker is NO MATTER HOW YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW IT WONT LET YOU, customer service tells you to switch devices which literally never works. Table games also feel so statistically rigged unless it’s live. Like play Ultimate Texas Holdem and you will lose back to back with things like pocket aces, kings and even when you have trips. It’s not impossible but you lose on good hands so much it doesn’t even feel realistic. Do not recommend. This is a scam

**WARNING* WORST MICHIGAN CASINO

I play them all. BetMGM, WynnBET, BetRivers, Fanduel, PointsBet, Caesar, etc.

GoldenNugget and Draftking (partner sites I believe) are literally the worst. I haven’t won on golden nugget this year one single time and I’ve played monthly! When online gambling was approved during the pandemic, Golden Nugget was by far my favorite.

What’s happened to them? Why are all your slot win rates below 95%? Why do I never win, especially if I use a bonus?

Save yourself time and money. If you truly enjoy gambling and want to do it online, my first recommendation is to try WynnBET. They are amazing. I had an issue with them only one time and their patron host personally reached out to me via call and text message. Plus he gave me a free $100 to play with for the troubles. That’s what Golden nugget needs to set goals towards. Then SI casino and Eagles. I’ve won over $1000 at both.

Cheated out of rewards…

Played high 5 games to be eligible for the high 5 rewards. When I logged into the yeti betti (a high5 game) I received 3 IN GAME POP UPS that I won $100 (3 times I got the pop up 3x$100 =$300) then i received 4 more in game pop ups that I won 25 spins at double prize winnings betting $.60 (4x25= 100 spins) I never received nothing!!! And just to be clear I generally always played high5 games!! After 2 chat sessions with reps that could not or would not give me a direct answer on why the winnings had not been credited to my account I decided to send an email.. yep as you have prob already guessed still waiting on a reply that will most likely never come.. no response tells me they know they cheated me out of something I legitimately won. DO NOT TRUST this casino or you will end up like me playing for something you will never get rewards, money, bonuses ect…

Horrible first time experience

Just like other people that play the casino apps they look forward to the hundred percent match bonus I saw this advertising online and I downloaded the app assuming that they’ll match my bonus when they didn’t I talk to representatives three of them to be specific and every single one of them had a different answer and when they told me that my first deposit wasn’t enough to meet the requirements I went ahead and deposited $150 more and they still didn’t honor it they said I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for their team to review it that’s if I qualify after hours of speaking with them and waiting to get a hold of a representative horrible experience I’ll probably never use this app again

My Fave App

So I’m not really a huge gambler but it was a thing I shared with my Dad who passed in December 2021. So I take $20-40 a paycheck and play some slots for fun. I have all the Michigan casino apps and this one is my favorite by far. It has all my favorite games at lower bet levels than the rest. And I have won $1000+ multiple times over the year or so I’ve been using the app. Their bonuses are really good with lower play requirements. And they have fun challenges that even I, spending not much money to play, have won on a few times.

I recommend playing Diamond Hearts, Capital Gains, and Green Machine Deluxe.

Super fast payout once you’re verified if you use the send to your bank account option. Don’t get the Play+ card. You can get your money on it immediately but I think it has fees like the Green Dot Walmart cards.

In summary, download it. You’ll win some money. Try Thursday and Saturday for my luckiest times.

Worst gambling app Ever

This is absolutely the worst “gambling” app I have ever dealt with, if your hoping to actually get some returns on pay don’t waste your time, your better off throwing your money in a trash can and hoping it doubles when you pull it out, I myself have lost over 20,000$ this year and never hit a jackpot or grand prizes or any wins over 1200$ and put 1500$ into the slot before it payed.. gotta make sure the tax is covered. Oh and I’d you do happen to be one of the chosen few they claim win any actual money, even there instant payouts take 3-4 days to process they definitely don’t have any issues taking the money you deposit they just don’t seem to ever want to give any back
