I’m about 1.5 months into the Off Season workout program, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. For about a year I’ve struggled with lower back pain, specifically related to my SI joint. Been to two chiropractors and physical therapists, and they all seemed to treat the symptom rather than the cause.
Just the other week, after only a month into the Off Season program, I was able to do a FFG workout, 1-hour range session, 2-hour range session and FFG workout, and 18 holes of golf followed by 30-min range session. I did all of that in a four-day span and felt great afterwards! Six months ago, that would’ve had my back seizing up and unable to walk without a chiropractic adjustment (at only 32 years old).
I’m so relieved, and excited, that I’ve been able to find an actual solution to a problem I thought I was going to be stuck with forever, and I can’t think Mike and Fit For Golf enough. I’ve already signed up for the annual program and can’t wait to see what some of the strengthening programs do for my game!
