Excellent Golf Exercises
This is just what I have been looking for. Some insight and direction for my workouts to benefit my golf game. At 39 years old and a 5 handicap I was looking for something to help improve my game. This is definitely helping me and I am sure it will help any golfer of any handicap regardless of physical shape. I fell off the workout routine for a couple of years due to lack of motivation and discipline but thank you to Golf Forever I am now working out regularly and excited to workout. I am looking forward to seeing the difference it makes in my game. I can already feel a difference in my body when I swing more flexibility and less pain. The bonus is that I not only feel a difference on the course but just my life in general. When I start my day with Golf Forever I swear my day is a 100X better physically and mentally. Thank you Golf Forever. I really appreciate how the exercises require a minimal amount of equipment and space. All the workouts I have done so far I have been able to do in a 6’X8’ space and all I have for equipment is a foam roller and 3 exercise bands varying in resistance. It’s nice to have the ~3’ foam roller (I have the 18” foam roller and it’s a little small for some of the exercises but I am able to do most, however I did recently purchase a 36” foam roller) and several exercise bands available.

Ultimate Baby Boomer Golf Program
I was born in 1946. GOLF FOREVER is without question the most comprehensive , beneficial and “relevant” golf training program that I have used in the four decades that I have been playing golf. Over those four decades I have done a combination of yoga, free weight training, kettlebells, HIIT, indoor cycling,foam rolling, Swiss Ball, Mobility Stick training and grip strengthening exercises. GOLF FOREVER is THE “state of the art” integrated golf training program that I have easily spent $10,000+ over the years trying to build on my own. If you have $500 for a new driver spend the money instead on buying the “best in class” equipment from GOLF FOREVER because it will do more for BOTH your total body AND your golf game than any driver you ever owned. I regret that GOLF FOREVER was introduced so late in my golfing life. But there is great truth in the proverb….. “Better late than never.” Thank you to all the wonderful people who helped make GOLF FOREVER a reality.

Great Fitness Product!!!
I’m a soon to be 57 year old man that suffers from arthritis in both knees and my shoulders, torn ACL surgery in my left knee and have been ran over (yes ran over) by a car while running. So flexibility has been an issue for me the last several years and Golf Forever has helped me tap back into that segment of my fitness routine while also gaining strength. I’ve been working regularly with my Golf Forever for the last several months and my daily reduction of body pains on the golf course and my daily activities have been reduced greatly!! I whole heartedly believe and highly recommend Golf Forever! Plus I feel you don’t have to play golf to benefit from this unit! Everyone needs to improve their flexibility and strength and with the easy to follow workouts on the app you can easily obtain those goals!!

Worth the money and you don’t need a gym anymore!
Greet for when my wife is at work till 11pm and I can’t go to the gym and I have to be home with the baby. Love how it is at home work outs but can do them at the gym and if you travel you can do them anywhere with the tubing or the stick they sell (which I am getting soon!). And I have already felt results with my back and shoulder pain and strength. I’ve played min tours for years, now I’m a full time golf instructor. I’ve don’t the TPI with private instructors and this is better, similar but what makes it better is you don’t spend 300 bucks for a session plus a membership! Hands down worth the month per month. If you don’t like it then your not truly giving it a shot!

Amazing for a Tight Back Golfer
Really love this. I’ve had trouble sticking with a workout that strengthens and stretches my back because they were boring (yoga) or they gave me headaches and back aches (weights). Sitting at a desk all day stiffened my back and messed with my posture and being someone that played sports my entire life I want to stay active. I’ve incorporated this into my workout schedule 5 days a week and it has helped my golf game, my boxing (3 days a week), and my cycling (3 days a week). I went all in and bought the trainer and full year subscription. Feel stronger and less stiff. This is a workout that will get you in shape and keep you in shape as you age. Functional exercises to keep you in the game.

Excellent for endurance and injury prevention
I had gotten to the point where when I play 18 holes I could feel it afterwards and golf forever has made it so that I can practice and play without any pain or soreness. The workouts are challenging but also quick enough that I have been able to stick with the program. I would also highly recommend getting the swing trainer, which is an amazing and simple to use tool in this process. My posture has improved greatly, and my swing speed has increased 2 1/2 miles an hour in the last four weeks. It’s obvious that a lot of thought and planning went into this program, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent program for athletes with injury
I usually don’t write reviews but I want to express how much I love this program. I’m a high level golfer with back injury. Traditional weight lifting exercises, even for golf, does not work well for me. I had to be extra cautious with what I was doing in the gym and sometimes ended up hurting myself from heavy weight liftings. I practice/play 6 days a week and have been training with Golfforever program for about 3 weeks. I see a huge difference in pain level and tightness. Now I can practice and perform well in tournaments with less back pain concerns. Can’t say enough good things about this program!

Better than expected
Listen folks, this program is no joke! I have been doing the daily workout built for me and my fitness level for three weeks now. I feel more stable, more flexible, and golf ready than I have the past two years. I’m not sure it’s a coincidence that I just fired my lowest score yesterday (74) in ten years. I’ve treated patients as a Chiropractor for nearly fifteen years and I’m telling you, if you suffer from low back pain, lack of flexibility, and are injury prone this is the correct program for you!

These workouts are killer! I only done six complete workouts and feel the difference already in strength and flexibility. I have been doing Fit for Golf app for about 4 months and I can tell you that Golf Forever really focuses on what you need for the golf swing. I am 68 years old and have been popping drives 250 plus. This program was recommended by my teaching pro and I can tell you I’ll never look back! Can’t wait to see how my golf game improves when the season is in full swing!

Simple but very actionable and effective
I love this app! The Exercises are very simple to understand and build upon each other in difficulty. I love the variety between mobility and rotational strength. I’ve noticed a difference not only in distance but also the ease in which I’m swinging. As a 49 year old who has lost flexibility and strength over the last few years, I feel like I have an actionable program and roadmap to recapture how my body felt in my 30s.
