Pdreyfuss1,
Very Good Cycle app
I just started using this app and it seems to be very good and very accurate. I bought the full version after reading some of the previous reviews. I do have a few questions/suggestions
1. You have an option for auto pause, but not for auto resume. Am I missing something? If this feature is available please advise and if not please add. 2. Is there an option to keep the screen on continually or can you set it to go off in various intervals of time like 5 minutes so as not to run the battery down? 3. Is there a way to hide the GPS map and only engage it when you want like a drop down. Normally, I just want to see my stats for everyday riding. 4. Please add the ability to set the intervals of distance to be notified. Currently there is only 1 mile and it would be nice to have the option of 2 or 5 miles ( km)
Thank you. I think it’s a great app and will continue to use it and enjoy it.
Milwaukee-BK,
Glitchy and inaccurate GPS tracking.
Purchase this app a couple of weeks ago and have done numerous rides on various trails. Rode the trails and courses on the same path leaving and coming back and the GPS tracking is very glitchy and strays way off of the path that I have traveled in many instances. When you look at the map either in progress or afterword, the line of travel revers way off course and then eventually back again.

Thought that perhaps auto pause was a contributor, so I turned it off and still have the same problem. Have been tempted to stop the app at the midpoint of my trip, and then restart it again as a new trip on the way back, but one should not have to do this to map a full ride. Even then, a single ride in one direction will often show the GPS veering way off course by blocks, for quite a distance until it rejoins your intended path.

Using this app on an iPhone with current software updates. Very frustrating since I have no idea whether this is tracking the correct mileage distance, estimated calories and or time. If these were done on cloudy days where satellite tracking could be questionable, I would understand, but this occurs on almost every ride no matter how simple. Definitely needs some type of tracking fix.
Watch training faster,
App is great but has one long standing defect
This app is great. I use all most every day. It has one long standing defect though. When you stop it goes into auto pause which is a great feature. But you would think auto pause means that that stop is not included in your average speed. Unfortunately that paused time is still included in you average speed as of February 2022. You can verify this and easily reproduce the defect by going into auto pause and staying stationary. The longer you stay stationary the more your average speed decreases.
Got RiptOff,
The free version is working for me but calories and speed are questionable
The speed is not alway correct. On many rides I have a max speed that seems way too high. At time on the ride it shows I am moving when I am stopped. Also the max speed is never seen on the speed trend chart, even when the max speed is correct. The chart seems to ignore shorter periods of high speed like maybe the 100 yard or so down hill you see after crossing a bridge. It may also ignore short low speeds like slowing for a corner. Maybe that is a good thing.

The calorie counter should probably just be ignored. There is no way it could be accurate. There is no setup for the type of bike. Rider weight is the only user defined parameter that could be factored it. Calories would be way different between a road bike, mountain bike or a fat tired beach cruiser.
Russ & Gwen,
Forced to buy full version
The app works great, tracks route on map, gives you time, distance, speed and more. I rated it 3 stars because after 10 uses you are forced to purchase full version. By forced I mean you cannot delete any history and you cannot stop the app without rebooting your phone. As good as it is, I will remove from my phone. Granted it’s only $3.99, however I will not be forced to purchase something I do not need or want. If the developer would allow history to be deleted, or removed when stored to the cloud, I would have given it 5 stars. The fact that you cannot stop the app without purchasing the full version or rebooting the phone to stop the app is ridiculous. Apple should stop developers from forcing users to buy a full version of an app just to use it.
ISU70,
I liked it until....
My son an I cycled our guts out to set a standard to try to improve upon. We used the basic and when we reached the 10 session limit we purchased the upgrade. Immediately lost the 10 sessions as they were not linked to the upgraded version. That stinks! Will stay with it for awhile, but may opt out later as a matter of principle. It is in the Cloud so it should have been continued easily.
h-townmarty,
Amazing
This is the first review I have ever written for an app or anything for that matter, but I felt that this app definitely deserves it. This app is amazing for any type of bike riding. I haven’t done any out of town riding yet but any where in town has helped me phenomenally. Has even helped me find my way home once when I was lost since it tracked your every route. Try it out you won’t regret it.😁
jbfbze,
Good app
I love how this app tracks my activity. I do have a few queries though. When will the Facebook posts be fix? I cannot share to FB. Also it would be awesome if this app could share my rides with Strava. Able to link my Strava account so I can track my rides with friends and view trophies earned. And as the previous user said I don’t need to see the map all the time, maybe we can get some other widgets such as direction, wind, weather etc. Great app though.
Doabyte,
Awesome app
Just wanted to thank the developer(s) that put this app together. Strava was too intimidating for me to get started. I have lost 80lbs tracking my cycling mileage and I’m no longer prediabetic. I broke my record today and did 65 miles in a single session, this time last year I could barely do 6. Thank y’all! Love this app!
Clellan56,
I love this app but it will not allow me to upgrade to the paid version!
I really like the app but it limits you to storing only 20 rides, doesn’t allow you to clear any of those out or store more unless you upgrade to the paid Full Version. However, I have tried for many weeks to upgrade but I always get a message the it is incompatible with my iPhone 13 Pro. So frustrating! Now I have to find a different app for tracking my rides.
