Bcngator96,
Great app for beginner/ returner
I purchased the app last summer after pulling my schwinn Le Tour out of mothballs during the pandemic. I didn’t want to invest a lot in a bike computer in case my reemergence into cycling didn’t take. I still wanted an idea of how far, fast and consistent I was going.
This works quite well for that. It works good via GPS. I later purchased Wahoo sensors to get rpm and hopefully better speed data. I imagine Uber / expert cyclists may want more, but there are more expensive “toys” out there for that.

My only real criticism is that after you hit “Stop” it asks you if you are really wanting to finish, which is good, but the spot you touch is hard to read and small to aim at , especially with polarized sunglasses on. Maybe they could stack those two options vertically and make them a little bigger. Those like myself who are a little lacking in fine eye hand coordination would likely appreciate.
Pdreyfuss1,
Great app compared to others
I just started using this app. Has all my info at my fingertips. Paid for the app out the gate since I read other reviews. A few Questions and or suggestions 1. Can you hide the map feature? Most riding is around the neighborhood and I don’t need to see it all the time 2. I like the auto pause feature but I didn’t see anything to auto resume. Am I kissing something? 3. Voice/ sound prints should be made in incremental choices by the user. 1 mile; 2 miles or 5 miles. Depending on how long you’re riding you might want to change these settings.
Thank you. I think it’s a great app so far. Good work!
Old comm guy,
I like it
Seems to work. Easy to use. Easy to learn. I have been using it for over a year now.
The pages of information are excellent.
I don't use cadence or hart rate. On a 30 mile ride it tracks within 0.3 miles compared to my wheel magnet speed and distance meter . I live on a boat on the ocean, I start the program when I get to the dock, I stop it when I get back to the dock and sometimes the altitude will be off 70 feet or so, that has nothing to do with the app. That is all about the errors in the GPS receiver in your phone.
I have discovered that it needs to be up on the screen when you shut off your phone or it does not continue tracking. When I go to my shopping list or google maps I need to remember to bring it back up on the main screen before turning off the phone.
It does not seem to use much power as compared to google maps running with the phone off.
Auto pause works fine.
I run it in a iPhone 6s.
AndyAvg,
Jury still out
I just downloaded the app and went for a 20 mile ride. I like the screen layout and the data that is recorded.
I have 3 observations that drop my rating from a 5 to a 3:
1. I am not sure the GPS speed was accurate. I have been riding for 30 plus years and I know what 10, 15, 17, 18, 20, etc mph feels like and it felt to me that the speed calculation in real time was reading several mph low.
2. There is an option to connect your Apple Watch to record pulse data but my watch does not show up in the app and there are no options to search for it. As a result no pulse info was recorded despite the fact that I was wearing the watch the whole time. I looked for answers on line with no luck. This led me to my third observation
3. the app developers are from Germany so most of the posts when you look for answers are in German (which is fine if you understand German, but for me my junior high German brain cells have long since been repurposed LOL)
If someone can tell me how to connect my watch to this app I could give it 4 stars. (The speed accuracy keeps it from getting 5 stars but I suspect that is an issue with all of these GPS based phone apps anyway)

Love this app!!
This is a perfect app. Shows the data I want to see while riding (mph, map, avg speed and a few more) and arranged perfect on the screen. Then when the ride is over you can see a graph of your ride’s elevation and speed. It keeps an awesome history of the rides. I don’t typically buy apps, I always use free apps, but this one was so perfect during the free trial that I broke down and bought it and I have never regretted that decision! I have even told friends and family how great it is and they should buy it. Best app I ever bought.
Prunedip,
We’ll see
I expected the paid version of this app to start off from the free version, but it didn’t, and I lost one trip. Further, on my second trip it didn’t start either and when I came back there was a notice do I want to allow it to access GPS so I’m trying it again and hopefully it will work this third time I’ve already lost two rides.
Chukman,
Better sharing options
The app has been good so far. Overall, I believe the incremental improvements have been good so far. The draw backs I have are the ability to share individual map’s of sessions and connecting with others. I don’t want to share my entire history each time. I also would like to see what my partner is doing or maybe where they are on the trail. Bikes are hard to find now. They are flying off the shelves. I have shared this app with at least three others because we ride together. These apps are becoming more and more popular. This is a great time to seize the moment. Keep up the great work.
mikey630,
Nice app could be tweaked
Nice app for tracking, however the heart monitor does not sync up to my apple watch 3. It seams the heart monitor only records if I start the app from the watch and not the iphone. I would like to see one app for different tracking rather then using one for biking one for running/walking. Right now I use the pay version of fitmeter bike, fitmeter running, a walking app, swim app and finally a kayak app. There are a few apps out there that will do it all in one app however the detail in fitmeter is the best. Which you could develop a all in one app.
fan of the musican,
It’s good for the most part
I like this app, I like most of the features that are important for me, one feature that is a plus to me, it stays on my screen, the app does not sleep, when I look down to my phone I can see every thing. That’s a big deal and it’s safer. The only small thing that I don’t like is I can’t upload to another app that I use. For the most part this is a good app for me. Would I recommend, sure I would.
StefkoT,
Great app that put a smile on my face!
I was searching for an app exactly like this one. I purchased it and am very happy. Today I was riding my bicycle somewhat slow, enjoying the views not rushing anywhere. In history it put a little snail in front of todays date, I guess its because I was slower then other days :D. It made me smile, just what I needed :D! The app is great!
