*Disclaimer 1* I am in no way associated with any of the publishers nor the authors of the grammars. This is not an official companion app for any of them - it is simply compatible with the intro grammars.
**Disclaimer 2** I have tried my best to be entirely accurate with the vocabulary lists according to chapters in the textbook. But mistakes do happen— my apologies if there are any. Please be responsible and check these flashcards against your textbook to ensure accuracy. If there are errors, please let us know and they will be fixed.
***Disclaimer 3*** The meanings in these flashcards derive from the awesome ©Accordance Bible Software, and sometimes particular authors view some word meanings slightly differently. In most cases the differences are minor and inconsequential - but again, be responsible and check them against your textbook.

Steve S 316,
Great app, but I have a request
This app is very versatile and most definitely worth the small charge for it. It not only allows you to customize your vocabulary lists a number of different ways but includes ways to remember the words that are helpful and intuitive.

I only have one suggestion at this point, but it’s a big one for me. As it is you can select vocabulary by books of the Bible right down to the chapter. This is a great feature but it only shows the vocabulary below 50 words. I use a readers edition of the Greek New Testament which includes definitions for words that occur less than 30 times. It would be awesome if we could customize to have all the words in a book or chapter that occur more than 30 times, between 30 to 50 times or even better to just be able to dictate what frequency were looking for within any given text.
Alaytha,
Best Koine Greek app out there.
This is the most comprehensive Greek app out there. I purchased several apps before this one and one of the best features is how it sorts the information. It works with several popular Greek textbooks so I could follow along with the lessons in my Wallace textbook, it also sorts vocab by frequency used in the Bible so I could learn that way and even more astounding it sort by book of the Bible. So even now, two years outside of Greek class I use it to refresh before I translate.
For example, I choose all words with 50 or less frequency in 2Peter, Chapter 2 and review the flash cards before I translate. This app is amazing and helps me to continue to grow outside of the classroom. I cannot speak highly enough about it.

Essential for learning Koine Greek
This app is incredible. Save yourself the time of making flashcards, and get this app. The memory devices are amazing, and the ability to select chapters from textbooks or the NT is a huge time saver. I could not have passed my seminary NT Greek courses with this app. Two things I wished it had: 1) While it does glitch every once in a while, it has never interrupted me when I am studying; it has only ever glitched when selecting chapters or grammar books. 2) it would be over the top awesome if it showed the stem of the verbs. But even with those two things missing, I still unequivocally give this app 5 stars. Absolutely worth it
1Peter321!,
You will not be disappointed
I’m going into my second semester of Greek at Freed-Hardeman University and this app is amazing. It is great when you only have a few minutes and need to freshen up on your vocabulary. The words are used in Bible passages and there are word pictures to help you remember. I like that there is audio for correct pronunciation. I have physical vocabulary cards as well but I find myself using the app much more.

Great app with minor imperfections
Great app that greatly aids in my self-study of New Testament Greek! However, I have a few suggestions. I use Merkle and Plummer’s Beginning With New Testament Greek, and the meaning of the vocabulary that this app give often differs slightly from the ones in the textbook. I can understand that you might have different opinions than they do, but it would be a lot less confusing if the gloss would all be the same. Also, the app is missing a word from chapters 3 and 14 (oti and pino [sorry, I don’t have a Greek keypad]). Other than these small imperfections, this is a great app!
Iamkerrilee,
Best app
A year plus later and this is still my favorite app. Thank you sooooo much. Danny, have you considered adding a feature so that the user can save words they have trouble with in a special list for later review? I imagine that might be some work, but if you ever did it, I’d be the first to buy it!! Thanks for all your many fantastic resources on the internet too!! :D
ylilyzh,
Vocabulary Cards Fonts tooo small
I enjoyed using the app. But after the recent update, the Greek vocabulary fonts on the main body become so small that it becomes such a pain to read. They are even smaller that the ones on the top. I guess the possible reason for the tiny font is due to the other items that also fit into the screen, eg. images. But the Greek vocabularies are what I need, and possibly by most users too!

Dear developer, PLEASE make the fonts bigger! Really appreciate it!
Charleswiii,
Great app
The app is great for following along with the grammars. One suggestion, any way for an option to tag certain words for extra study? As you get further in there are certain words that seem more difficult to lock in. It would be nice to link them up in a user defined set for targeted study and memorization.
efink213,
Love it! It could be better
I love this app! It is an essential part of NT Greek study. I only wish there were a few improvements.
- the Greek word and definition can be a but lower on the screen. It feels like it’s on the margins.
- there needs to be a way to move back and see the Greek word again. I’d love reinforcement after seeing the English word.
wisconsinfrank,
Great help
The flash cards helped me learn over a hundred words so far. The art assists, most the time. I also like going over the list without art for review. My only suggestion - the flip cards need a reverse button to the Greek word, or should include it on the flip sides too.
