FluentPet Hack 0.4.24 + Redeem Codes

So I have an unresponsive FluentPet base, a slow blinking blue light, it started because I had to do a factory reset because I got a new wifi device so I was re-pairing the buttons and then it just got stuck on the blue blinking light. I’ve tried doing a hard reset and that’s not even working. I asked for help 3x and they just keep sending me the same article about how to pair buttons. It’s frustrating for me and my dog whose voice that she’s come to rely on is gone. I should’ve just stuck with the old buttons.

When we started working with the buttons we were using a spreadsheet to track the buttons that Dewey used. The app was developed working with a community of learners and continues to improve as the company responds to user feedback. With the new Connect system this is an invaluable tool in our learning experience.

Can you launch the Chinese app? It's very painful for users who don't speak the language

The app looks great! But I cannot get my Fluent Connect Base to actually connect to my wifi using the app. Since it has to be set up with Wifi first, it essentially means I gave expensive paperweights.
Highly don't recommend. Will be returning my connect.

Real tough onboarding experience. Poor sync experience with pairing new buttons and uploading audio recording.

Please add status indicators everywhere so I know if something is uploading/syncing.

Finally notifications of button presses are appearing with the button name like this “outside outside outside outside outside”.

I’m sure this will improve with time once the bugs are worked out but it feels rushed and in beta still. Will update if it improves

Connect can’t be used without this clumsy and restrictive app.

It lags when recording sounds so I need 5 takes for the word to record clearly.
It lags when typing.
It’s not efficient to edit multiple activities… so deleting 30 events means about 90-120 screen taps.
Most of this app is just hyperlinks to their website, which is not helpful, and the website doesn’t display great on mobile devices.
There’s no way use a browser on a computer to check / edit any of your Connect data using mouse and keyboard, so Connect is thumbs-only only and drains my phone battery.
Connect can’t be initially set up or used without this app.
Connect can’t record sounds without this app.

I hope Connect is in the early stages because this entire system, hardware and software, still needs a LOT of work. Thankfully mine barely got dirty.

The developers of this app have abandoned their other hardware+software. They haven’t responded to any of the many support requests l’ve sent in 4 years. They don't monitor their forums or support community at all, even though they tell users (just see their responses in the AppStore) to use the support community and then just ignore everyone. Then they moved on to sell this Fluent.Pet product, while those of us who supported them when they were small by buying Clever.Pet are left with unusable hardware. The clever pet app has not been updated in 4 years, has not worked in over 2 years, and the hardware is useless without it (check out the AppStore reviews). The company has not responded to any support requests, community support, or app store reviews. The only conclusion I can draw is that they just want to make a buck on a new product — which they could very well abandon as well, leaving us with expensive hunks of plastic.
