Runners will love it; A fitness coach in the pool!
With the recent launch of this app, I have been able to move my workout routine into the pool and more specifically, build endurance for land sports. With clear instructions and frequent reminders to ensure proper form, this app will become your go-to routine for Fluid Running, an efficient fitness session in the pool that simulates running strides. The fitness belt, tether and accessories can be ordered separately and there are several recorded workout routines (set to music) in podcast format available. I found the app easy to use and it’s great to have an inspiring, instructional coach encouraging you (via waterproof earbuds) during the workouts. It was simple to connect the earbuds and several podcasts to my smartphone. And I was off and running!

Fantastic way to work out at a my level
I found fluid running after many half marathons. I was unable to run anymore but wanted a very good, serious cardio workout. This system delivered. The belt is high quality as are the headphones. The value, however, is in the work outs! 30-60 minutes of deep water running will leave you gassed. Once you learn the form you will realize that you are using every muscle in your body to “run” in the water. Perfect for any level, but if you are a pretty serious athlete looking for less impact, you will absolutely find it here.

I bought the Fluid Running system in the summer of 2020 and was hooked from the first workout. The app is easy to use and straight forward so you don't have to hunt for what you are looking for. The classes are fun and the instructors are clear and give great info on what is happening with your body while running in the water. Their support is immediate so if you have a question or concern, it is usually resolved within 24 hours. I truly look forward to my workouts and get sad when it's too cold too hop in the pool for my run. Don't hesitate on this one! Go for it!

Great workout for runners and non-runners!
I do not like to run on land, but still wanted a way to get my cardio up without hurting my body. I used to do boot camp-style workouts, but found that my aches and pains got worse. Fluid Running gets my heart rate up as well as strengthens my body, all with no impact. I’ve been doing Fluid Running for 10 years and feel great!

There are many workouts and workout levels to choose from.
Water workouts are so enjoyable, especially in the summer months.

This app would be improved by add the ability to sort your workouts: 1) Shallow/Deep 2) Length of workout 3) By name.
