Best way to swim
I’ve been swimming for my entire life and this has been one of the best things I’ve added to my swim routine. Absolutely incredible product and great workouts through the app as well.

Worked for less than 3 months
Worked for less than 3 months; headset malfunction and wont connect to app; wont stay connected to receiver within more than 10 feet. Tried reinstalling app; bluetooth; fully charged; had updated firmware but now unable to check for updates as headset wont connect.
Here is the best part - used Zygo support: sent email, no reply. Then tried chat support during open hours - it’s not chat and just sends message and says will reply soon to email. Then tried phone support during open hours - get this, it’s just a VM saying to send an email!
Waste of $300 - do not recommend.

Frustrated
Have charged my unit three specific times get to the pool and NO CHARGE…. another time the charge died 20 minutes into the workout … infrastructure supporting the charging unit needs major improvements, if this new compan is to go mainstream… respect the concept and start-up mentality but not the functionality, first headset issues…. Now lack of holding a charge… not worth the money, other alternatives in the market.

Game changer!
I was not a swimmer before Zygo and now with the app of guided content, I’m in the pool 4 days a week! It’s like going from black and white to color underwater! Love it.
