Annual: $199.99
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Annual subscriptions are billed the total annual fee after your free trial ends. Monthly subscriptions are billed after the trial ends, and monthly.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you go to your account settings to manage your subscription and turn auto-renew off. If you want to stop your subscription from auto-renewing you must do this at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in the Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Crashing
Program is great but I’ve been having issues today. The program just goes blackout or says error when attempting to access the daily program. Today is the first issue I have had and hope it’s just a glitch. Other than that I enjoy this program very much

Best workouts to get a serious pump
Hany is the TRUTH! I’ve used FST-7 for the last 3 months and put on 15 pounds of lean muscle. The intensity of each workout gets a pump on every body part and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) ensues. There’s a lot of garbage info out in the industry so it’s nice to finally get it from the best in the industry.

Is there an easier way to log progress?
Can’t seem to find a way to input data without watching videos. I appreciate the videos to show proper form but don’t need it for every exercise in every set.

App needs work
This review is of the app not the workout program. Biggest gripe with the app is that when in use the dynamic island is completely disabled. The “x” to exit out of videos is quite small and I have to click it several times in order to exit a video.

Hi Hany, I really like your workout plans in your app but once I upgraded to yearly subscription from monthly my app stop working. I am not sure how to connect with you folks . Please solve this issue

Lots of work
The app has great potential but has so many holes. Some parts are thought out while others just seem lazy. I highly recommend they rethink the app entirely.

Good But Need More
Lack of content, can’t talk to Hany or anyone about programming etc. everyone on the app as well is confused as to why there arent alot of programs. Definitely not worth the price.
