Macro Area Improvements
The first thing we improved was the macro calculator algorithm. We made this change to improve the accuracy of your initial macro setup, which will also assist with future check-ins. Second, you'll notice a new visual display of your macros, especially if you are carb cycling. Your high, low, and standard day totals as well as total calories will be displayed right in front of you!
All History Calendar
We now offer two calendar views. One is your current program view, which provides detailed information about your existing program. The other is an all-history view that allows you to explore your complete workout history, including all the programs you've ever participated in. Please note that this feature will not be retroactive, as the data prior to this point was not stored. However, if you switch programs from now on, you'll be able to view the program you were previously enrolled in.
Past Program Day Recognition
If you've ever wished to restart an old program on the day you left off, you no longer need to contact support to do so. You can now accomplish this directly in the app.
Workout Time Recognition
We value your time. The app now recognizes the time domain in which you save your workouts. This implies that when you scroll back to view a specific workout in your history, it will be displayed in the corresponding time domain.

What's new?
-Redesigned app interface and design.
-NEW quick demo videos, a notes section, self-hosted coaching videos (No more YouTube!), and improved workout navigation were added to the app. Also, we added the ability to complete workouts for better tracking.
-NEW workout calendar to view previous workouts, see what workouts you've completed, and see seven days into the future.
-NEW mobility section and library. Our new library lets you select routines based on body parts while also providing a recommended routine for the day.
-NEW ways to manage your membership inside of the app. You can now switch programs, restart your program, or contact our support team right inside the app.
-NEW feed and insights area. Our new feed provides updates like challenges, walkthroughs, or member shoutouts. Use the insights area to access essential resources like our supplementation guide, flexible dieting guide, or recipes.
