johngable,
A must-have for Fuji users
This app is a lot of things at once. It’s a book of recipes for Fujifilm color (and monochrome) settings. It also serves unintentionally as an in-phone textbook on what all the color settings on Fujifilm cameras do - just by playing around with different recipes, you’ll gain an enormous understanding of how to control what your images look like straight outta camera. Finally. It’s a gateway to an entire community of people who are experimenting with their cameras and pushing them to the limits to get different looks. With Fuji cameras there are so many different possibilities to the tones, moods and looks of images that an app like this one is a requisite to making to most of your camera.
Jearbear79,
Love it ! But…
This is a great update to the already awesome app. $20 for the whole year is worth it. The amount of simulations that Richie has created are amazing 🤩!! My only gripe honestly is the layout of information within the simulations. When adding the simulations to the camera. In camera simulation edit screen there are 2 pages. The app has the layout starting on page 1 then 2 then back to 1. Wish I could give a visual to this small but inconvenient issue. Others then that small and I mean small inconvenience, Richie I am happy to contribute to your kids college education through an annual membership. Thanks for your hard work and time.
Kubisuro,
Great reference
This is key to entering Film recipes and keeping track of what I’m into using the star system. The patron option is nice with early access to recipes. I’d love if recipes followed the order of my X100V custom settings image quality setup screens. And if all recipes used the same Thumbnail image to help me tell the difference at a glance. Though the new white balance filtering greatly helps at this, recipe categories such as landscape, overcast, indoor and portrait would be ace. Get this if you use a Fujifilm camera and want to reduce the time processing raw. Straight out of the camera JPEGs from this camera using these recipes really keep me sitting and not behind a laptop.

Awesome new tool for Fujifilm users
Downloaded and subscribed as a Patron. This is a fantastic app for easily accessing film recipes for your Fuji camera. For those who don’t know Ritchie has a wonderful site where he shares film simulation recipes for most Fujifilm cameras. I have used several and have always been happy with the results.
I used to have my favorite film recipes in a notebook that I carry with my camera. This app makes it so much easier to find my favorite recipes.
Thank you Ritchie, great job!
frestepi,
This is an incredible companion app for Fuji fans
If you love Fuji and you love filmic looks, this is just an amazing app. It compiles all the film recipes from their website and puts them into a filterable (with subscription) app. Then you’re able to select camera and other options and then see the settings to use to get these looks.

Get the app and check it out. You won’t regret it!!!

Absolutely Amazing
I love this so much. I won’t use it too much on my X-T3, which is my landscape camera. All the photos from that body get processed in Lightroom, usually from RAW.

But on my X100V, where i shoot only jpeg files? This makes it feel even more like a film camera. I absolutely love trying new simulations, and I cannot reccomend trying this out highly enough. It breathes new life into your camera! Can’t wait for this database to grow over time!

This app is about to change the lives of Fujifilm users
This app is going to go places and do big things! I’m very excited to get out and shoot with this helpful resource by my side. I was skeptical of how much this would really help compared to downloading cards or PDFs but it’s a game changer for sure. Thanks!
Michaellifter,
Custom recipes need work
Decent collection of recipes and I like how you can fovorite them. However, adding your own custom recipe is annoying. There’s no drop down selection for the values, it’s all straight text you have to type out for each one which is very annoying and unnecessary. I expected an easier format from a $20 app. A bunch of other apps have make it easier so I may end up using those more than this. Kind of regret purchasing
Infensus,
MUST HAVE for Fuji x photographers
Great app. Some features are only available for Patrons, but the yearly price is very reasonable and the app is invaluable! So many great film simulations. The only problem you’ll have is choosing which ones to try first!
Sontos revert,
Almost there
Should be able to click on pictures to enlarge them. Should have a spot for users to upload and share images they've taken with your recipes. Small write up about each recipe explaining them would be nice too. Think that would make it more worth the money. I paid regardless as I support your efforts.
