Login and access issues
Enjoy the content but the user interface is so bad between the website and the app. I’ve been unable to login and customer service has been non responsive. I just have access to old content I’ve previously purchased but nothing from my subscription to FYB University. There are comparable options out there with better user interface and experience

App crashes, but can’t get support
The app for me crashes, it’s been two weeks now and all I have got is one message saying to reinstall it! Switch it off and on again!
Everything has issues, I have no problem with that, I just can’t get any help, I have asked for my money back, no response either!

Do not purchase
This app shows a $0 purchase however you get billed $99 a year for membership that provides nothing. Also you are unable to cancel the membership as it does not log a subscription thru the app/App Store.

I purchased the course Crush, but there is no bonus shown up in the app. Where can I see the bonus? I emailed the support but got no reply

Passwords and login doesn’t work
Would’ve love to try out the new app. FB sent me the invitation. Unfortunately my old login and password didn’t work nor did the new login and password work. C’est triste!
