Getting Over It+ Hack 1.93 + Redeem Codes

So this game is great. I had a lot of fun, even when going through the most stressful frustrating obstacles. Getting to the end then falling all the way back to the beginning was definitely frustrating but I honestly kinda enjoyed it because it gave me a sense of accomplishment when I finally completed it. There are two major bugs, however, that make the game so much more frustrating than it is. First, a lot of times when I would close the game, when I opened it later my hammer would be glitches into the wall. Usually it would be fixed when I reloaded the game, but sometimes I would have to start a new game completely. The second major bug happens after you complete the game. I have finished it 3 times now, and each time I had to delete the game and redownload it to play again. If I skipped the end credits and then started a new game, it would just bring me back to the start of the end credits and I would have to delete the game to play again. If I watched the end credits all the way through and then started a new game, it would just bring me to a black screen that I can’t get rid of unless I delete the app. Overall, this game is very good, I just that it is not meant to really be on mobile. If these bugs are fixed, I think it would be a much better game to play.

As coming from a person who has beaten the game i would say that it is one of the best games on mobile i have ever played, It can get frustrating at times but i feel like thats the point of the game and if you can get over the fact that hitting a bucket at the wrong angle could put you back at the beginning then you probably will have a much more enjoyable time than most. Even with things like that this game is still amazing and i feel like the voice acting in it makes it even better, I would definitely recommend this game to anyone. One bug I found that has caused me trouble is that I will close the game and then when i open it back up my hammer is stuck inside of an object, Normally just by swinging a lot you can get unstuck but sometimes your softlocked and have to start a new game, Forgetting this and another bug that i never got but many people have where when they load the game back up they are stuck on a black screen, I easily would have given this five stars.

As of writing this I am currently at the bucket. I am having this glitch where I literally cannot do anything because Diogenes (the guy in the cauldron) constantly tries to get on top of the bucket without me touching the screen and then pushes me off. Like pushes the side of the bucket. I can’t explain it better than that and I basically controls the hammer. I straight up can’t do anything.

Also right after the cardboard boxes where you are at the stairs with the chair and camera. Right on the bottom where the stairs meet I got my hammer stuck there and the first time it glitched me out and basically restarted me (but I easily got back cuz of the amount of times I fell before that) but the second time I used the glitch to my advantage. I was in the middle of probably being sent back to the beginning and then I shut off the game and went back onto it. It got me to right before the anvil and hat. Thanks for the boost glitch Ig..

But the bucket part for me is probably near impossible because of the fact Diogenes wants the bucket instead of the cauldron. Btw I’m realizing this sounds fake but I feel like I’m the only person with this issue. I can’t find anything about it. It’s done it every time I get the hammer onto the bucket. It attempts to do it but then fails but I seen it successfully get onto the bucket only to push himself off.

After getting both achievements on PC and beating it a couple times on mobile, I saw this game on Apple Arcade as well. As the original mobile port had easy controls I thought that this would be a walk in the park. Instead I was met with a buggy mess of a game. The game has already been ported to mobile quite well and yet this Apple Arcade “plus” version of the game manages to degrade it. There was no feeling of control as even the slightest movement would send the hammer flying and Diogenes as well. I had praised the original game for its precise control and this version does away with it entirely. Why change the controls from the original mobile port when they were already so finely tuned? After a long twenty minutes I was able to get to the top only to find that when I tried to play again that I was met with a black stream with only the sound of the water in the beginning of the game. No inputs would do anything and the game would refuse to play. I would be fine with it if all that was added for the Apple Arcade version was the game center leaderboard but the unprompted tweaking of the already fine controls just makes this version seem cheap. I can get behind a quick buck for a indie dev but come on. If you want to play this game it would save you a lot of time to just buy the 5 dollar normal version on the AppStore or play it on PC like intended.

So far I love this game, always wanted to try it and once I saw it was on Apple Arcade I got it right away. Super challenging and really engaging, and the physics-based controls that don’t really obey the laws of physics just add to it lol. I was about halfway through the game (on the sunset section with a tunnel of furniture) when I exited the game to keep my last shreds of sanity. When I returned to pick up where I left off, the only thing that would show up was a black screen and the sound of a stream. Now I can’t get back into the game because that’s all it shows. The only way to play again was to delete the game and reinstall, but I lost all my progress. It’s a classic mobile game bug but I figured Arcade games were held to a higher standard. It’s not a huge deal though, just hope it gets fixed soon. Still love the game.

While this game might be a quite infuriating when you fall and loose your progress, you don’t loose everything when you do. When you fall and have to do the same thing over and over again, you get better at the game, your skill improves, and you learn new climbing techniques. As you fall more and more you might be tempted to quit, but if you consider falling as an opportunity to improve rather than as an infuriating loss of progress, you will truly be able to see the beauty of this game. If you don’t understand what the game is about, you will rage all the time and won’t enjoy it at all. If you do understand, falling down won’t frustrate you as much, and you will enjoy the game. This game is not about falling down, it’s about getting back up.

P.S.
At the end of the game right after the ice cliff there seems to be a missing texture meant to be under the signal tower. The devs might want to get that fixed.

I played this game on PC a long time ago, although difficult as its meant to be i beat the game. Fast forward to now I saw the game was on Apple Arcade and I thought it would be funny to play through it again. Welp…. No. The controls on mobile compared to pc is just sad. And I understand it’s going to be different because mobile is touch screen, but i also expected the game to actually be playable and not to just be stuck on the same spot because the hammer keeps glitching and throwing me off of where i get to. I am currently stuck in the same place which is pretty much the beginning. So Originally I would of happily giving this over the top frustrating game 5 stars due to my experience previously but this one gets 2. Players beware this trend of porting as much over to mobile devices is just a grand example of the money motivated gaming era we are in and its even more sad when they refuse to make the port a even half way decent one. But all in all I will always be a fan of getting over it and thats why this was so frustrating.

If you’ve deleted your homework the day before it was due (as I have), or if you’ve left your wallet at home and you have to go back, after spending an hour in the commute, if you won some money at the casino and then put all your winnings on red, then it came up black, if you get your best shirt dry cleaned before a wedding and then immediately dropped food on it, if you won an argument with a friend and then later discovered that they returned to their original view, starting over is harder than starting up. If you’re not ready for that, like if you’ve already had a bad day, then what you’re about to go through might be too much.

The Game Is Over All Amazing Especially Since It Is Controller Supported But, There’s One Bug There Is ALWAYS A BUG I Used To Be Able To Play With No Delay Nothing And Then The Bug Every Time I Try And Play It Is A Just A Black Void You Hear The Background Noises And You Would Drag Your Finger Across The Screen To See If There Was Any Response But,Nothing,Nothing Happens At All I Would’ve Given This Game 5 Stars But I Cannot Even Play The Game I Will Resubscribe To Arcade After Apple Or Bennet Fody Himself Fixes This Game I Will Gladly Resubscribe To Arcade After Anyone ANYBODY Fixes This Bug. best regards tealizard

I have read countless one star reviews about this game by people who know what they are going to experience going in, they loose lots of progress and leave a one star review. As long as you change your settings a bit I have experienced that the controls are fine and if you turn the graphics up the game is beautiful. If you are someone who becomes easily frustrated or raged, the game is not for you. However it’s an amazing game and symbolic of life. Restarting is harder then doing something the first time. Personally this game is an amazing game but bottom line is it is not for everyone.
