Play is good but little else
Clarity of the camera is impressive. Would like to see more of a variety of prizes and quality items. The prizes are very tiny compared to what you pay to play.
It can take several times entering shipping data for it to register so be patient.
I would like to see a button added that would quickly allow you to go to machines that people are playing as I really enjoy watching others play.

I’ve been to Sega arcade in Okinawa, Japan
Let me start out by saying that I’ve walked away with much more items in real life at the Sega arcade in Okinawa than what I’m winning here. The ball dropping game seems to have a vacuum on it or something. All of the balls get sucked to the back. That never happened in my three years of living in japan. However, I only played that ball dropping game at dragon palace, not in the Sega arcade. There are much more options for the type of machine you play in the arcade in japan. The prizes are WAY cooler and bigger. I think this is a good idea, I was stoked to find it actually. I think it’s really cool but you waste too much money for the small prizes that you receive. I have won three things and have spent about $180 on this so far. Considering I’ve had IRL practice with these games, I feel as though I’m a little better than the average person. It is really fun despite the drawbacks. It is more for the nostalgia for me. I wish Sega arcade would set up across America but this is as close as I’ll get. Also, prizes shouldn’t expire after 15 days considering you can only get shipping coins (or whatever they’re called) on mondays.

Excited to see SEGA made this app. I’m a fan of their games and was really happy to win prize! SP coins aren’t expensive, very clean machines with great lighting so easy to see claw, and there are practice booths! Staff is friendly and quickly help with any issues. I highly recommend this app, but I do wish that there were more variety in the prizes you can win.

Promising but Needs Tweaking
I’m a sucker for online crane/claw games and catchers, so I was excited to try Sega’s version. The controls work well and the ability to sort by type of machine is great. However, it badly needs some sort of hook to keep me coming back. The 20 points/day login bonus is meager compared to how many points are needed for a single play. Bump that up to one free play per day to keep players logging in (and compulsively spending $$) daily and Toreba will have some viable competition.

This app is great! There isn’t a massive amount of prizes but its cheaper to play than other apps. The sp points are reasonably priced and it doesn’t cost a ton of sp per play. The machines aren’t rigged either like on some arcade apps such as toreba. You get a free shipping ticket once a week for prizes you have won. They even have practice booths so you can get used to playing!

The game was fun with the free tokens, I won two prizes. I spent an extra $5 and got tokens. I played with those tokens and the machine glitches me out (aka. It stole my play). I come back to find that I won the prize, but because of the glitch I did not get the prize. It’s fun but it has too many errors

Won a prize! SP prices are pretty high.
I won a prize with the free sp you get! It’s a cute pink gerbil. Got it in a week. Not bad. The SP store is kind of messed up, though. It’s 130sp for 2$ usd. And it’s general 200sp a play. Which means it makes you pay more for an odd number of plays. So to even play once I have to spend 5$ (330sp) for one play and then have an odd number of sp left so I can’t play again.
I’d rather just pay 2.50$ for one play and call it good.

Thank you for letting me know but another thing, you have to buy points. And I kinda thought you would give everyone a free play a day. Like toreba. And I heard that you used to. But since you joined Sega or something it stopped. I’m starting to think toreba is better just because they promise something free if you win it with the free play. But I’ll see what happens when you reopen. I appreciate a response so I’ll update it to two stars for now until it’s fixed. THX.
