Love it!
As a US users I liked this app. They ship very quickly and I got the figures with in a week. They also have 8 free training machines that you can play with. For the paid machines, I feel like they are a little bit harder to win compared to some US arcades like round 1, but they are a little bit cheaper. If they can add background sound/music and cover image for the training machines (showing a pic of the machine) it will be a smoother experience.

TOTAL SCAM APP
DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED! Buyers beware! Please read all reviews where ppl won prizes and never received them. This is only a game! You will NOT receive any prizes. They promise that if you win a prize, it will be sent to the address you signed up for. It may be a fun game but my granddaughter won a prize after spending $55 on this app. After three months they contact you and say that the package was returned due to insufficient address. Then when you give them the same address you gave them in the first place when you signed up, they say they are shipping the prize out immediately. They never sent it even after another four months. When you contact them to ask where the prize is, what the shipping company is, and tracking number, they respond with “we don’t know, you have to contact the shipping company”. Which info this company will never give you. After this they will not respond at all. After ten months still no prize. I should have taken the time to read the other reviews of ppl who won prizes and never received them, even after a year.

Not glitchy and have a good selection, but their “free play” doesnt really mean free
I saw they had a free play section which sounded pretty good since all the other claw game apps dont have a free play section. The games in this section are just as hard as the regular, and you use free points that refresh when you use them all. The thing is, I was expecting a small fee after winning on the free play machines (like $5 or something). Nah, they hit you with a $25 dollar charge for a single item if you want to keep anything won in free play. Thats not including whatever shipping youre gonna pay from Japan, which isnt cheap. Has the potential to be great, but most of the items you can buy on eBay for muuuuuuuuch less than you would pay buying KP/free play fee, as well as shipping. Now that other crane game apps offer free shipping for items won, it will be hard to justify using this one.

Going downhill.
This app used to be the best claw game app around. New prizes consistently, assists for every game, and really fast shipping (they used to ship within 24 hours on weekdays). Within the last month, the selection of prizes are slim, and they are usually completely out of the good ones within an hour or two. It’s been a week and my package still hasn’t gone out, and my last one had Toreba time turnaround. I found out that JCM essentially cloned their app and called the new one “Clawtopia”, with the exact same machines, and the same prizes. It doesn’t make sense to me. I’m really disappointed, but it’s much easier to save money when there are no prizes I actually want to win anymore.

I absolutely love this game. In my option, it’s the best crane game app. It’s fairly easy to win prizes if you know how to play. The shipping is super quick and everything is so well packaged. I wish I could add pictures of it. Anyways, I’ve been playing this game for over a year now and have won countless prizes and they’ve all arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this app. Thank you JCM for creating such a fun way to win prizes. It makes me miss living in Japan💕

Highly recommend this game
I have been playing for over 2 years. When I win I get my prizes in about a week. I live in the US. I have had no issues with the game play, customer support or shipping. The prizes are high quality and something I can not get at home. I can’t recommend enough this live claw / arcade game.

SCAM PLEASE STAY AWAY
I spent 90$ between me and my girlfriend and they cancelled our accounts saying we couldn’t ship to the same address! The worst part is they’re refusing to give me my money back! Absolutely ridiculous, if you’re not gonna ship the prizes that’s fine but to refuse a refund? They literally just took my money! Please stay away! I’ve never had a problem using two accounts on Crane Game Toreba and I’ve won many prizes from there over the years. At first I thought it was nice that they help you win but IF THEY DONT SEND THE PRIZES YOU DIDNT ACTUALLY WIN!
