GigPig is an application that allows users to accept and perform specific assignments for photos and videos. Users receive “gigs” and act on them by shooting and uploading customized photo or video content. Our reviewers then take a look at the uploads, and may decide to reward good ones by adding some "pig coins" to the user's GigPig piggy bank. When a user has accrued $10 or more, they have the option to cash out.
The app is targeted to the general public but gigs may be sent out to specific users based on data that would make them a more qualified or a relevant respondent. When registering, you only need to enter your name, email address, a password, and how old you are. (You have to be a least 13 year’s old.) However, the more information you can provide, then the greater the chance you’ll have to be matched up to suitable gigs based on particular demographics.

Great Platform to Make Extra Money
I made some great and easy extra money in the first few months by promoting brands for Sam's Club, but then we were alerted it was going to "become slow" around February, and I haven't worked since. They just need to get some more brand partners to do gigs with, that way work doesn't rely on a single company. I had started to count on the money I was making, and then I suddenly didn't have it anymore, which was a little frustrating.
Also, I logged out and couldn't remember my password, but there's no password recovery feature. And then the app let me create another account under the same email, so it's all a little messed up now.

I just LOVE GogPig! I have to be honest, at first I was reluctant to download it because of past experiences of having to pay for the app and not receiving any Gigs that were in Pittsburgh, nor were there any instructions!

A little extra income
So far so good! The app was extremely easy to set up and get through. The directions from my manager were very clear too! I am super excited for the gigs to come my way to earn extra money on the side. Who doesn’t love that?! The videos are fun to make once you get comfortable talking to your audience, too! It’s especially easy because you are talking mostly about products you are likely to already have in your household.

Great app!
First, I was very pleased with how aesthetically pleasing the gigpig app is. It was very easy to navigate, and the process of applying and uploading my pictures and videos was very smooth. I have had no issues with communication between myself and the gigpig staff thus far, and would recommend it to someone looking to make some extra money while also gaining social media experience.

Very good. It worked
It really works! I was afraid it wasn’t going to and I’m so glad I gave it a shot it really works. I got $30 paid and I sent it to my paypal with just an email and then is sent it to my bank account. The gigs are real easy just pay attention to the instructions I read through them 3 or 4 times to make sure I do exactly what it says.

Fun Side Gig
I have been with GigPig for a couple of months now. Due to my area, I have not had that many gigs around Charlotte but i am patiently waiting. I have received some payout for small gigs and I got paid very quick. The city managers are very friendly and give great feedback. I can not wait until Charlotte takes off and the gigs start to roll in!

This app is easy to use and navigate. I feel like it makes finding gigs and applying for them fun, like a game! I always look forward to logging in and checking for upcoming gigs. The instructions are clear and the process is systematic. Even training gigs have incentive, and payout is fast and easy. I love that I have a coordinator I can email and ask questions or consult with. They also provide feedback with your work, which I find helpful.
