A well designed, straightforward, gig-work app

Anyone with a modicum of camera skills can download this app and make some easy money. If you are in a larger city, the opportunities will be greater than if you live in a more suburban or rural environment. One benefit of the obscurity of this app is that the small number of users provides you with certain leverage to get more money per gig in cases where the job is more out of the way that normal. A vast majority of the jobs are pretty easy all things considered and ProxyPics provides well crafted infographics/guidelines for each type of assignment found within the app. The chat representatives are very responsive, kind, and understanding. Another benefit of it being a small company is the hands on approach that even employees on the executive level take on. I have had the AVP of Operations (David Burns-Weese) personally reach out via email to ask about taking jobs on the outer edges of my 30 mile radius and have experienced nothing but kindness in all correspondence. You should download this app if you need a side-gig to make money when you are bored, but don't expect to make it a full time arrangement unless you live in a very busy and saturated urban area.

Good App

Overall this is a really good app. The recent changes made to the landscape audits have made a world of difference. To be very picky, I would like to see all needed photos in one spot rather than the dumpster, ADA parking, and loading dock photos being buried in the questionnaire section. As for residential, the app is super straight forward. I would like to see the button to take a photo higher up rather than needing to scroll below the instructions on how to take a photo. The last change I would love to see is sound alerts when a new order is available. At the moment, I have to be looking at my phone or else I miss orders. Again, this is me being picky. I appreciate the online chat function, but most of all, I appreciate that I have always been able to reach Liza via email or phone when a question has popped up even when I have reached out after her business hours (I am in a different time zone). Liza is always very helpful, friendly, and personable. I feel supported and appreciated. I always prioritize my workload based on the ease of working with a company and how they treat me, Proxy Pics is at the top.

I’ve been working with ProxyPics about six months

I really can’t say enough about this app. It’s awesome. Gives you the freedom to take work when you want to and not when you don’t. If you’re gonna be going somewhere a little far from home, you can always change your
Location in the app and make extra money while you’re there or on your way home. The app practically does the job for you. All you have to do is follow instructions and the ProxyPics team is incredible. They are supportive and communicate well. They have the street team people taking photos, best interest at heart as well as their clients. Just awesome people, a family, although we never meet. Sometimes the jobs are small and fast and sometimes they’re a little bigger. And pay more but either way, it’s so nice to have the option to be able to make a few extra bucks. When times are so tough right now with most people have to do something extra in this gig is perfect! I was an Uber and Lyft driver and no longer felt safe or compensated for my time and this is definitely a game changer! I’m incredibly grateful

Superior platform

I’ve been doing photo audits for ProxyPics main competition since it’s launch in 2016 i believe. I won’t mention their name because they still owe me money, and have a tendency to block people who complain about the service. ProxyPics is far and away superior in every way. The app itself works. It’s not buggy or broken in any way so far as I can tell. The quality of the work has been much better. Payment has been effortless. The interaction with the chat function has been pleasant. The response has always been professional and helpful. One thing I really like is the messages that the company puts out frequently. They are informative and helpful to me. I’ve just started with ProxyPics and am thoroughly impressed. It very easy to use and understand. It pays well. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a few extra bucks. And to the companies out there looking for this type of service, I would choose ProxyPics over any other company.

Side hustle and networking

I stumbled across ProxyPics on indeed about a year and a half ago. I’ve spoken with a few employees there about orders and the service is wonderful. I use it as a side hustle but have made some great real estate connections by networking while I’m visiting places that need photos. I’m a realtor and also work a full time job so having solid relationships is always a plus. My last job was for another realtor and she told me she heard about my amazing services from a previous job I worked on for ProxyPics! It made me feel good about what I was doing. I live in northern Louisiana and there isn’t steady business at the time but if you live in an area considered to be a larger city you could potentially make a decent amount of side money doing this. Remember it’s all about the connections you can make in the end. I highly recommend.

Promising future for this one !

I have several moneymaker apps on my phone and Proxypics is quickly becoming my favorite . Simple to use , easy assignments and a fair timeframe to complete .I can set up a route and complete in the 6 hours allowed and they are super-fast at reviewing and approval. The app is fairly new and , while they may be experiencing a few “ growing pains “, I have high hopes for these folks .Communication is good , payment is swift and fair for the work. I look forward to this company’s growth and hope to see more and more assignments in my area . I recommend to anyone who has even limited photography skills and a desire to add a little extra to your income . **** Since I started using ProxyPics, I have seen them grow substantially. The addition of real estate photography has been phenomenal! I often can complete several assignments in one day. Payment is quick and the initial “ hiccups” of the app have seemingly all been corrected. Thanks ProxyPics!

Gig app with a human connection

ProxyPics stands far above similar apps for many reasons, but what continually amazes me is their timely, empathetic responsive customer support team. I cannot stress the importance of this feature enough, especially as we are all working independently in the field. There is always a friendly quick answer to whatever issue or problem that may arise throughout the day. This team is in place during the week, evenings and over the weekends as well. In many other gig apps it takes 24 hours or possibly days to respond. It is reassuring to know that there is an amazing team working behind the scenes to create a seamless experience for us as proxies and ultimately to meet the needs of the end client. They have perfected the experience! Thank you!

Okayyy Proxy Pics

Well the app has definitely came along way. I remember when it was just a few of us when the app came out. I got super orders. Now I barely get them but maybe once a month. But I live in a small town, so it’s expected. I always get orders at the right times. 😄😄The app is very simple to use. The app still needs a few bug fixes but they are good at fixing them. It’s time where you could make an extra $200 a week and thers times you could make $50. It’s a work in progress but overall I love the app. And with ProxyPics there’s no automated response and they will call you if they feel like you’re having a problem great customer service.

Great little side hustle

I have been working with proxy for about six months now, and I do the jobs on the side when they are available in my area. The proxy staff is great at responding to any issues or questions that I have my only wish is because I live out in East Texas in the rule area that these jobs would pay more to drive out to. Because even though it shows that it is only 20 miles away it could take over an hour to get to if it to the back road area. Driving 45 minutes to a job doing the job and driving 45 minutes back doesn’t warrant a $16 payday. Keep in mind proxy is keeping about 40% of what the client is paying.

Love it love it love it

Nvr knew I’ll like a side gig app this much! However, I gave it 4 ⭐️’s jst bc of the bank update info. Like I literally have to type my bank info ovr & ovr instead of deleting it. On my app as I’ve seen I can’t delete my old bank info nor make a bank a default. I’ll have to retype unfortunately 😕 which thts very annoying. So I have now 3 banks jst on my app and can’t delete it off. I haven’t contacted support bc I felt like this shouldn’t b tht hard but I guess I do now bc theirs no way I can jst delete my old bank info off. Moving forward I will continue to work on this platform however I do have preferences when it comes to assignments on this app. Other thn tht this is a easy quick money to make side gig 👍🏾
