Easy to use, hope they can fix a couple things
I have been using the app for about 3 weeks now. I like how easy it is to sign up for classes and cancel if I need to. It’s all fairly straight forward and intuitive to use but there are a couple things I hope will change/improve.
1. Being able to see how many spots are left in the class I’m about to sign up for. I don’t want to sign up one of my kids for the kid care class at my gym if there isn’t an open spot for my second child.
2. Easier/more visible way to see how many credits I and my children’s accounts have. Switching between my main account and the family accounts is very tedious and I wish there were less steps involved.

Great app-would benefit from a couple more features
This app makes it so easy to book work out classes through my gym. I would LOVE It if you would add the ability to preset the time zone so you didn’t have to select it each time you set up a reminder. Or if it would just default to the time zone if the facility. Also it would be nice to be able add friends to see what classes they’ve signed up for.

As bad as Mindbody!!!
Note* if you read this and still use this service, you deserve what you get!! *. I moved away from “Mindbody thinking this service was way better “according to their sales rep”, but after the sales was done so was the good service!! I still used the service after the fact because I migrated all my client info over by then, so let’s start the list of B.S…
1. EVERY CHARGE THEY CLAIMED WAS LESS TURDED OUT TO BE MORE!!!!
They cost way more than Mindbody do, it’s just hidden in a lot of smaller fees you’ll find later…
2. Help: no one knows anything, IF you get into contact with someone then they need to transfer you to someone else that might know how to help you then on and on.. grab a snack and just pray they find someone, you’ll be there for a while or they’ll “maybe “ call you back!!!
Contact: there’s never ANYONE available!! I don’t need to go in on that….
Fees: they have more hidden fees and taxes than a ninja have weapons!!!
The lies: They’ll say this system is easy and user friendly, some is true until you need to change something in your own system then ooohhh boy!!!! I can add more but I’m sick of typing, I’ll just say this.. the ONLY people I recommend to use this service is people I HATE and want to see them suffer😈….

Not as user friendly as it could be
It does what it’s supposed to. But several problems That make it seem unnecessarily troublesome.
I keep having to enter my password. This is unfortunate because I usually try to book classes when I’m half asleep in the morning. Having to figure out my password which is not easy to remember for security reasons when I’m half asleep is no fun. Why can’t I use fingerprint or better yet just never have to login again like a lot of my other apps.
I can’t easily see how many credits I have left for the month. It’s on there, but I have to click several screens to find it. Why isn’t it visible when I use a credit?
Once I find a class I want to book, I still have several clicks to go before I’m done. Why can’t I just book it immediately?

Love, but would be better with...
Everything is pretty seamless, but if my gym uses it to just book sessions, I would prefer that I could cancel a session less than 2 hours before. I’ve had sudden issues before the gym class was supposed to begin, and felt horrible that I was taking time away from other neighbors. I’m not sure if that’s an app thing or a gym thing.

Great app, but a small glitch
This is a great app. Super easy to navigate, but it can shut down on its own from time to time. I’m always able to restart it fine, so it’s more of a nuisance than anything else. But overall, I still give it high ratings!

Missing some features
Need to be able to easily add to google calendar and outlook and iCal. I have a free trial for one gym and now I can’t see paid memberships. I’m curious how the pricing is normally. I know I can ask them but it’s 5 am and I want to know now :)

Super slick, easy to use
I was skeptical having an app just for my gym. Turns out, this app was very easy to use to sign up for the membership (less than 5 minutes), and made the ongoing gym interaction super simple, fast and fun.

Logs me out every 2 weeks - super annoying
No other app will log you out every week or so but this one. So frustrating as I use unique passwords which I often don’t have on my phone meaning I can’t log back in and have to do the forgot password link when walking up to the gym so I just end up having the front desk people log me in manually everytime I come in. Fairly terrible experience

No Password Reset Emails
The Book button wasn't working, so I deleted and redownloaded the app. I tried to log in with the same email and password and kept getting a wrong email or password error message. I clicked Forgot Password multiple times and still haven't received a password reset email. I even checked my spam folder and still haven't received anything.
