I used to love the app. Always use to book rooms and check offers I have available. It’s the most convenient way to access my information. Most recently had to wait on the phone almost 30mins to find out if I had any room offers when I can typically check thru the app and book there .

I can’t log in on the mobile App anymore
For years, I’ve been able to log in using my email and password on the app to see my offers, mailings, tier and point etc. now it says I have to reset password, I reset it a million times and it basically says user name or password not found or not correct. How can I start being able to use the Golden Nugget App for iPhone again!?!?!?!

App won’t let me sign in
I have had this app for a while it started messing up last month. I couldn’t get in no matter what I did so I deleted it and then downloaded it again. Now it’s stuck on Lake Charles and won’t let me sign into my Laughlin account. I need a way to fix this please help

Would be nice if they updated with Wildwood Casino in CO. They’ve owned it for almost a year and haven’t integrated it yet. Would be nice for players cards to all be the same.

Has almost everything you could ask for! It could be a little bit quicker with loading your comps and offers, maybe even add a slot search menu like Sam Boyd’s Fremont new app has!

Amazing Casino App
Golden Nugget’s App is awesome. I can see all of my offers that I have available and I can see my monthly mailer directly on phone. No other casinos in Louisiana have that. Keep up the good work.

It’s great to log on and see all the offers. Can you please add the option of RSVPing to your offers on the phone instead of having to call in? That would be amazing!

Under the old App I could log in with my account number and Pin. Now it requires my email as a user name — which would be ok except now when I tried to log in with my email I cannot get my password reset and whatever I do it says wrong user name or password. What’s going on?
