Frustrated with update
Update - so it seems if you kept any downloads from when you updated to the newest version, the app wouldn't function correctly. I then decided to delete all my content and guess what? Now it will download new sermons. So if you had the same frustration I had, clear everything (which isn't ideal, so take note what sermons you want to redownload) and the app will work again!

John Mac Arthur is amazing!
The app works better than the you tube app to be honest here. I can watch and listen to his sermons while I even close the app and it is very easily downloaded no buffering also very clear video and sound. You can do so much more on the app I haven't even utilized most of it. Honestly don't change a thing about it. If I could visit his church I would in a heart beat, perhaps one day.
His sermons are very very bible based, honest, and just helps me really understand so much. My family
And I don't go to church often but this is a way for us to hear and study the word. Thank you, grace to you and everyone who put so much work into spreading the word of the Lord on GTY. God bless.

App crashes
I have eternally been transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit in no small part by the ministry of Grace to You and John. I listen to and study the Bible everyday with the use of this app.
However I purchased a new XS Max yesterday and now the app will not load sermons and will not do anything but crash when I try to open it. I have attempted to erase the app and reload on my phone and it still will not work. It keeps crashing seconds after I open the app.
Please fix this as soon as is possible. I have nothing but praise and thanksgiving for the work of this ministry and the blessings that it bri fa me everyday as I study the Word Of God verse by verse. Please please please fix.

Perfect
If I want a deep dive into one book, this is one of my favorite speakers to listen to. Super detailed and biblical. I can confidently teach my children.
One thing I’d like to see is if I start to listen to one of the many sections under sermons > by scripture, that it would automatically start playing the next one without me having to look for it every time I open the app.
It’s probably just me not having figured out a setting or something

Love, love, love!
I love this app. Like, love! It would be so nice if when you’re done with a sermon…it could be in a ‘history’ section or something? So it’s easier to move to the next one instead of taking you back to the beginning and having to remember which chapter every time. I seriously don’t want to complain though, I mean, I love you guys! All of you, and thank God for this ministry, and pray He keeps and protects you in these days! ❤️🤗🙏🏼

Will not open consistently on iPhone 8 Plus
I am using an iPhone 8 Plus. Half of the time I want to hear a sermon, I open the app on the phone and listen to it, then close the app. However, when I want to do the same thing the next day, the app will not open. I have to delete it from my phone, turn my phone off, turn my phone back on again and reinstall the app. Since I listen to these sermons on a daily basis, having to go through these steps almost every time I want to listen to MacArthur is very frustrating! Any fix suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Fantastic, could use some work
I have to give this app 5 stars because it has so much material that teaches God's truth. There are some fixes that would be ideal, though: first, I want to see what I've already listed to. This would be super helpful. And then a search feature would be ideal. Overall, though, this is one of the best tools for my learning of the Word and I'm so thankful that it exists.

Great app, but...
I love this app. It is simple and easy to use. The audio option is really handy. I also like the giggling and notes features. It is only missing an option to add a reading plan that allows you track progress. There are not many apps that offer this free, but those that do have other bible versions. I would love to follow a John MacArthur reading plan and be able to check off of those I have completed and be prompted on what to read next. Please add this feature and this app would be perfect!

Frustrated with Playback
The app is great and I am so thankful for all the work of all the people that has created it. However I am struggling with playback issues continually. If I pause it and come back to it any amount of time later it will skip back to a random spot anywhere from the beginning of the sermon or just a couple of minutes back. And it is very difficult to find the place where I was previously. Please fix!

Just, if it can share the exact sermon/message via social media, it could be even better. At this moment if you want to share, the link would direct you to the resource library. It wouldn’t work if I would like to share one specific audio or sermon.
