Terrible app
The old app was so much easier and efficient to use. I hate getting onto this app now and will just use fandango to look at times, select seats, etc. because it is such a pain having to log in every time and then it just runs slow or freezes.

Added extra seats.
It added extra tickets to my cart. I can’t edit the cart so I did not check out. It locked the seat selections so I can’t go back and choose those seats or check out because it has 4 tickets instead of 2. No one to help or respond to my request for help.

I have to log in AGAIN, EVERY TIME I open this app. I do not disconnect from Reel Rewards. I do not sign out. I close the app! When I open it again, be it in 30 seconds or three days, I have to sign in. I’m not emailing you. You have my device information. Fix your crappy app! Don’t put it on me!

I bought a take it to watch a movie but I need to refund it then when I went back to the app to refund it. It said there was no ticket.

This app would be great if it actually let me login to my account. Every time I come to this app to buy tickets or look at my rewards it tells me that my information is incorrect. I reset the password and still can’t login. This has been happening for the entire time that I have had this app. It’s very annoying and very inconvenient.

This app is awesome. It’s super easy to use and I can view my available rewards quickly. However, every few days it logs me out and every time I try to log back in it tells me my info is wrong. But it lets me log in fine online….. I’m on my way to the theater now and I had to search for my ticket in my emails. Super inconvenient.

Still doesn’t work
I’ve tried using this multiple times, went back over and redownloaded on both my phone and my boyfriends phone and it works for the one time. Complete waste of time and an app. It always says there is a problem signing you in no matter what you do. Fix this issue and it might get better .

Was the only way I could purchase Tickets for the up coming Spider-Man movie. Was very easy and didn’t have the issues I had with fandango with the servers crashing.

Not useable for non rewards member
Was hoping to see my tickets I bought online or to use the app to show my tickets when I enter the theater.
But the only thing the app wants me to do is to sign up for the rewards program.
