This app has dramatically improved my life
Positive affirmations sent in the form of a notification is perhaps the most useful tool to better your life. Seeing a positive message at random times throughout the day is extremely powerful because you are able to reach your subconscious when it is in a spontaneous state, thus being able to internalize these affirmations in a deep and meaningful way. It won’t take long before you find yourself believing/knowing every single message as true. These thoughts will and do become your reality. I am so thankful for this app, it has changed my life!

Amazing!
A great app that reminds me of my power and soul every day! I love William Knight and this app, it’s perfect for helping me stay more in touch with myself and the me I want to manifest.
My only issue with the app is that I have trouble figuring out how to get the premium access ad to go away. I can’t find an ‘x’ or a close button anywhere and swiping doesn’t always work. That’s been my only issue so far. Other than that, a perfect app for those searching for a better life and enrichment of the body, mind, and soul!!

Love this app!
I absolutely love this app, it’s now the only thing I use for affirmations. I got tired of having to scroll through list after list on pinterest repeating tons of different affirmations that didn’t feel real to me. This app has so many options and lets you customize/prioritize your favorite ones. Something about the streamline nature of the app makes it fun to use. It also has tons of detailed and thorough advice on making the best use of the app’s features.

I heard about this app from the H3 podcast. I downloaded it, not thinking much about it. I was recently diagnosed with depression, and this app has been a great help for me!! I randomly get affirmations or question sent to me that make me stop and think about my feelings/thoughts, and I've been feeling great about where I currently am in my life. I thank god or whatever higher power sent you my way. Thank you!

Helps with Anxiety Disorder
I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression and medication has stopped the panic attacks but it hasn’t changed my outlook on life.
This app is very helpful to stay focused on whats important and I think, with some practice, I can change my bad habits and negative thinking.

I really enjoy this app! Usually I see a lot of affirmation that are repetitive where as this one actually has great content - with affirmations; there is a big difference between what you want to be and what you actually/realistically are. This app is a successful motivating tool, I use it as a reminder through out the day. Nothing but positivity and bliss, thank you - I am a fan!

Perfect Daily Reminders
I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety and I cannot take medication for it. This app provides perfect daily reminders to stay positive and it keeps me from spiraling. I just got it a few days ago but I look forward to using this to help change into a more peaceful reality. Thank you for creating this.

Very Near to Perfect
This is the best and most effective app that I have found. If I may suggest one small improvement? It would be to be able to mark an affirmation to removed. Kind of like a favorites but for ones you don’t want to see because they’re painful or triggering of ptsd, etc.
