We’ve given the app a facelift and introduced new features to improve your overall experience with GrapeData. Here’s a summary of what’s changing:
* Profile updates: Update your profile at any time with the latest information about you. An updated profile helps us better understand the tasks you are most suited for.
* Discover Projects: Our contributors now have a screen dedicated to projects relevant to you. Each project comprises a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 tasks - Solo, Remote & In-Person. Featured projects are prioritized based on their relevance to you so you can focus on the most relevant projects at any given point in time.
* Solo Tasks: are for you to share your opinions as a contributor. Only complete them if your knowledge aligns to the task’s subject area.
* Remote Tasks are for contributors who want to earn extra income by interviewing people who meet the subject area on a task.
* In-Person Tasks: will require you to visit a location.
* What to Expect: When you start a task, we give you a summary of the estimated duration of the task and the sections within the task. This helps you prepare ahead, especially when you’re interviewing.

So far so good..
So far so good, except being able to update information on the app for my profile is a pain in the burr and more complicated than anything else, like for example my phone number and the PayPal email address to be able to get paid... there needs to be a official customer service hotline phone number to be able to call and speak with a real live person about these issues, comments and/or concerns, please and thank you. But so far I’m loving it, pretty cool, pretty easy and fast paced with a variety of surveys/interviews... thank you.

This survey app is an absolute must-have! The interface is incredibly user-friendly, and you get good rewards for every survey you complete. On top of that, thanks to the easy to use interface, it’s so easy to navigate the app and find surveys that actually pay decent amounts of money. Hard work pays off…so it’s up to you to put the work in, to get the money that’s behind every completed and properly submitted survey, that is married with with all correct information to be properly submitted. I’m so glad the app is out there! Great job!

Don’t waste your time
This app boasts of decent paying surveys (which is half true), but what they don’t tell you is you require another person to interview in the profession or expertise you’ve selected on YOUR profile, otherwise, you don’t make any money.
I tried this once and even still, the app was glitching, I couldn’t possibly upload my proof I spoke with another person (screenshot of the call was required) so I made no money despite still doing the work.
I’ve even reached out to support to ask what they suggest and why these surveys require another facet (imo it’s VERY falsely advertised):
“ I was wondering why every task I receive is reliant upon someone else? It’s always call someone else or interview someone else. The call one I got, I couldn’t even submit because your app wouldn’t allow me to upload proof that I made a call.
This isn’t very productive or helpful; unfortunately. Do you have any suggestions, please?”
and I received a generic response stating:
“ Hello Brianna,
Thank you for having contacted us.
We will let you know as soon as we have a new task that matches your profile.

Pros and cons
First things first! When there is an issue and you reach out to support it takes days and days even a week or more before you get a responce.. Great app great payouts!! Out does other survey apps by a long shot!! But I feel too many interviews/surveys that get submitted are denied and few are accepted/paid.. even when following the guidelines and doing exactly as instructed I would still get denied and the payout day fluctuates 1 week it will be everyday a payout gets sent then the next week it will be once or none seems like it’s whenever they feel like it, would be nice to have set days if it’s not an everyday thing.. but aside from that this app is amazing!!! Very much recommended! Would be nice if y’all would respond to messages thanks

Need more SOLO Surveys.
So far so good. Just wish they would put more “SOLO” surveys instead of just a bunch of ones where you need to interview/call companies. I can’t do those ones so it’s tough waiting for one that I can actually do. I’ve had this app downloaded for weeks now and only been able to do 1 Survey sadly. It is legit payout and that’s what i’m looking for so that’s good.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!
This is the best app I’ve downloaded to make money on the side and, believe me, I’ve downloaded A TON of apps over the last couple years. They almost always have open tasks to complete and they don’t just pay on schedule- they’ve paid me ahead of schedule both times I’ve completed projects. Not to mention the projects pay VERY well. Hands down the best app out there. 5 stars

Grapedata offers challenging and rewarding survey opportunuties.
I’ve made about $45 so far, in completing Grapedata survey tasks. The tasks are challenging, at times, and they require you to reach out to connections in order to complete the survey tasks. They pay good money per completed task, though, and it’s worth it.

So far this has been a good app. I have done a survey and the money went through immediately. I did a phone follow up today, but I have not received those funds. Hoping it stays consistent.
