DTX77,
Suddenly Locked Out of All But Alpha and Beta Modes
I paid for the subscription and was put on free 3 day trial and initially had access to all modes. I specifically subscribed for the Deep Sleep (Delta) mode which I used one night then the next morning all but the Alpha and Beta modes were locked. No notice, no explanation. I’ve submitted 2 feedback emails from the app and of course zero response.

I would appreciate a response as soon as possible. Otherwise cancel my account and refund the subscription please!
