Description

Users of this app are participants of a clinical trial. Login details will be provided to participants by their clinical coordinator. This mobile application is integral to the study as a means of data collection. Using this app, participants will complete questionnaires about their health and wellness. After completing the questionnaire, users can also scan a QR code for the sample they plan to submit. Users will be able to view a history of all their reports . Through this app, users can also go to the ASA24 website (completely separate) to log dietary information.

This app was created for the MIT Center for Microbiome Informatics and Therapeutics.

GutSee allows you to submit your samples and track your microbiome data throughout the duration of our clinical study to learn more about the bacteria living in the gut microbiome. New data visualizations allow users to see how their microbiome has changed recently. We have also added a page to view your daily Fitbit data and summary statistics. New pages allow users to learn more about the bacteria names they see on reports.
