Song update/ system connectivity/bugs in App
Really wish you could search for a song to see which volume needs to be purchased and download. As of right now I have to look through all 37 volumes for the song that I want. Huge waste of time especially if the song isn’t even in there. I have to reconnect the app to the karaoke machine every time I switch apps. There is a glitch with the app with my new iPhone Pro 12. The interface is really stretched out and buttons overlap. The last thing I can’t figure out is I have songs in my list with no song data. I really want to remove them so I don’t waste time plugging in numbers to songs that don’t work.

Updating the program is trash
So you’re not gonna be able to download new songs into your karaoke system unless you update your program first. The issue is, the system will not complete the update and will just ended up rebooting your system. And for that, there’s no use using this app to get new songs. And the bad part, technical service doesn’t know anything to fix these issues. They just recommend to reset the system and deleting every songs and updates you purchased. They can’t even bring back all the songs purchased that were deleted from resetting the system. They need to do better in their technical matters with these product because there are many same complaints with these same issues with the system program updates.

Frustrated!
There has got to be a better way to connect. It’s very frustrating when I lose connection over and over again over a period of one hour. Why can’t the device connect directly to the Wi-Fi network and the app connect to the same Wi-Fi network and then talk to each other? There’s got to be a better way than this. It makes me not want to own this machine.

Transferring songs to player is IMPOSSIBLE
I don’t normally write reviews but I’m so fluttered at this point. This item holds good quality but this app keeps dropping signal. I can’t transfer songs to karaoke player. It doesn’t make sense when you pay nearly $600 and transferring songs that is available can’t be transferred to the karaoke player. It’s been a 4 days I’ve been trying to connect this app to the karaoke player. I will have to return it soon if I can’t get songs on.

Lost Remote, no way of connecting to the system through app
We lost the remote and the app doesn’t give us the option to connect to a previous smartphone that already had a connection.
Now we’re stuck with a system we can’t use. Make an option to connect using smartphone with/without remote please!

Can’t paid with app after update
The latest update took away the ability to pair and also messed up a lot of screens where icons are directly on top of text so it is all jumbled. I am trying to see how to go back to a stable version. I purchased song packs I can’t use now because the app will not pair after the update. I hope my codes don’t expire so I can still use them when a stable version gets released.

Your WiFi password is exposed
Connection to WiFi is stable. Always used “previous connection “. However your password is in full view of the public and not hidden. It is a major flaw. I have Google WiFi connected to my Arris router and created a guest WiFi connection to avoid exposing my private password. The developer must fix this flaw before I can give it an upgrade.

Syncing impossible
Used to be, I could use my iPhone X and my son’s iPad Pro to run this app. Then I could use just my son’s iPad Pro. Now neither work.
Email support is worthless. They don’t know what is going on with their own product. App changes name of WIFI being used to “null”.
Regretting purchasing the Grand Videoke Symphony 3 now. Should have gone with Magic Sing or Platinum. At least their apps work!

iPhone doesn’t connect
My iPhone doesn’t connect to the device despite being on the same WiFi network. Super frustrating because it used to work.
Update: I re-downloaded this app and changed my privacy settings like you said, and it still doesn’t pair...

If we can buy a songs individual the one that we like only not by volume, if you guys can do that it would been so nice. Maybe $2.00 for one songs.
