Different programs for different countries
Can’t watch anything that is shown in the Philippine market. If you are in the U.S., some programs are there, some are not. And that seems to be unfair. You are paying for shows that you are expecting to be there, and it’s not. 5 stars if all programs are there but no, so 2 stars.

Criticize
Vivamax WAS superb for several years until sometime early this year. Vivamax was criticized for showing “soft porn”. After that (some time in March) they decided to take down all the “Adult” movies they had amassed and just put their old Sharon Cuneta movies. It’s infuriating coz now, I can’t cancel and get a refund on my 1 year membership which ends in November.
Hey Viva, those critics that you are sooooo trying to please, they are NOT your paying customers! We are! I like watching those adult films and see the new directors pushing the boundaries of what their art can take them. If I wanted to see lollipop movies, I’ll go to the Hallmark channel. I will definitely let all of my friends here in the Eastcoast know about this! Urghhh…..

I decided to subscribe and download the vivamax app just to specifically watch Rain in España series since it’s only available to watch it here. To my surprise, NOT ONLY the show is not here but there’s almost nothing to watch on here. Most of the movies were from the 90’s or early 2000’s. What a ripoff!! They should’ve put some kind of warning that most of their movies and shows are ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Different programs or movies for USA
This app changed a lot from good to worst. Before you can watch all the movies or programs available. Now some programs or movies are there and mostly the newly added are not. This is seems to be unfair because you are paying for subscription but you cannot watch all the shows. If there is zero star I’ll make it zero as my rating.

We are in the US and paid a full subscription but no full access. Only old movies are available to watch. Super unfair. I want my money back. I want to complain this app if you can’t provide us full access excuse you are taking our money…or stealing. Fix the app for US base or give our money back.

I love the app but after watching a show “Di Na Muli” all the episodes got deleted so i could not watch the entirety and also why is this not able to cast properly on a google tv device

Needs updating
Missing content on my IPad app. My phone app has access to a lot more than what I can see. Also same with my DIRECTV stream hardware. Uses google but does not have all the same stuff my phone does.

Basically nothing shows
For the past 2 months. I've noticed that the mobile app in the us shows only old movies as in 1980s/1990s movies. None of the newer movies show which is completely unfair to those who paid for a subscription.

Airplay doesn’t work
I wanted to watch it on tv but too bad this app couldn’t connect to airplay. As soon as my subscription ends , I will not go back! Movies and shows are old . Plus the quality of the videos are not great! The price is too expensive! I don’t recommend ..

Unable to watch movies. Email customer service and no response almost a month already. This app will steal your money. BEWARE!!! Should be zero star but it even wont allow you to post a review unless you give them a star..its ridiculous!!!
