Gym Tracker is a simple, easy to use workout planner that allows you to create bespoke workouts tailored to your particular needs and then track and monitor your progress.
Gym Tracker is about planning and creating flexible workouts that can be edited and amended on command. It's not about doing specific workouts in a specific order, but ensuring each workout plan pushes you and your body harder to get the results you want.
There are no restrictions on the number of workout plans created or the number of workouts performed unlike similar free workout apps.
Each workout plan performed will set a baseline which the next workout plan will compare against. When entering reps and weights for each individual exercise, a list of the previous reps and weights performed will be shown so that you have a clear benchmark. On the main workout view, a percentage is shown which allows you to easily see if you have matched or exceeded your previous workout.
There is an additional download available that allows you to further analyse your workouts and track your body dimensions and weight as they change over time. This information is displayed graphically and numerically. There is also the ability to upload photos to a timeline to visually see how your body changes..

It was a good experience setting up the app and easy! One of the better ones out. It absolutely needs a timer to keep work out moving. Also would be nice to have option of keeping same weight rather than add it each time. I will use it more and recommend it as well as continue to help develop this great app! Thanks

Simple and Fast
I like this app because it's simple to use. I've tried a couple of others in conjunction with this app but they tend to be bogged down with too much extra stuff and are more complicated. I'm just looking for an app to document my lifts each week so i can just use my phone instead of bringing an actual notebook when i go to the gym.

It’s alright
Got this app about 2 years ago. I use it all the time! It’s super helpful. I ended up paying the small fee for the features and to get rid of ads. The features are cool but the ads stayed. I was pretty disappointed about that. It could be better. 3/5 would recommend if someone asked what I was doing on my phone while I’m at the gym.

This has potential, but the free version has WAY too many ads! Want to add how many reps and what weight you just did on a certain exercise, watch an add. Did this exercise again, watch an ad. Every single time you log a workout, watch an ad. I coulda got past that, but you can’t go back and see what weights you used on the previous exercise in the log. and this was my whole reason for getting the app. Too many ads to not even be able to see what I was wanting.
