This application helps you track you gym workouts. Simply use it every time you're at the gym to log everything easily in the app. When you want to you can then later check how much you lifted in the past so you don't have to remember or write it down. It comes with other features as well such as an estimated on rep max calculator built into every exercise so you know what your limit is. You can also create templates to make your logging take less time by not having to select every exercise every time. The app comes with over 50 exercises built in but you can also create custom ones if yours isn't there.
