Not a money eater
This app is about working out not get you stuck in a membership that is useless- its soo cheap to remove adds and they are not annoying in the first place the come in between workouts not within the workout- I removed the adds after i liked the app most app will make you pay first and they still show adds

Needs improvement
I like the app, I still have the free one but what I noticed is that it needs improvement. The model, the AI needs to be more human explaining it, the highlighted muscles primary and secondary should be shown a bit more, sometimes it gets lost, and the technique needs improvement, and when he is doing the exercise it should be better when there is no one else beside him. It is one of the better apps that I’ve seen but I would purchase the rest if those improvements are met . But like I said. It’s actually pretty good.

Great app... awesome customer service
Since the COVID pandemic all gyms closed. I downloaded this app to keep in shape. let me say... I love using this app. I’ve noticed more gains with this app then the gym. A lot of times we tend to over stress our muscle .
This app is like having a personal trainer.
Gives you rest breaks and gives video clips of how to properly do every exercise.

People will get injured
People will get injured if they follow the absolutely terrible deadlift form that is being demonstrated in this app. Putting a form that will get people injured is irresponsible. Along with that, you cant change the name or amount of weeks of personally created work out plans. If in a work out plan, you have to press back 5 times to get to main menu. It would be faster to force close app and reopen it just to get the the main menu.

This app is fantastic. It’s my favorite workout app since it keeps me on task with the set and rep timer. I have a pro memberships and I mix up workouts by the day as well as completing entire programs as planned.

Good App
The exercise routines helped improve my routines. The routines improved my endurance and added new exercises to my regular workouts. However the daily tips would be great but the entire text is truncated so the information is unavailable.

Nothing saves
The data you enter even pro does such as weight or height. Sometimes the numbers don’t even show up. You can save progress for any of the programs so you can’t keep track.
