Tracking what goes in
This is an excellent app. I like how varied the exercises are. I've been training for years, both with and without a trainer, but when my last trainer's contract expired, I was stumped as to the exercises to do. I just did the ones I needed / liked / thought were the simplest! There were no problems with funding. When I switched phones, I had a problem. They returned within hours. What I'd like to see improved: 1. I'd like to see notes added to the workouts and basic activities so that I can tell whether I began too heavy, etc. 2. There should be less supermans!

Solid App!
Fantastic app with a lot of thought put into it. Beginners and experts alike will enjoy this game. If you're not sure how to do anything, there are instructional videos available. It's also incredible that targets, models, tools, and muscle exhaustion can all be adjusted! Most apps that don't even come close to this level of quality are paid, but this one is completely free! The only drawback is that resistance bands are not included in the list of necessary equipment.

What a fantastic app! I just wish it provided a little more, particularly because you have to pay for it. The ability to apply notes to workouts is something I'd like to see in the app. More data, such as progress, weight loss, and so on. For exercises like the '60-second plank,' set a timer. I really like the instructional videos and how you can customize the program to your own equipment.

Can’t login anymore
What happened to my access? I can’t log in anymore like before. It is telling me to get a subscription now, but the other option for like one month are not there anymore. Do you have to buy a whole year now, just to see the workouts? Before there was a free version that people could upgrade if they felt like it. Now I can not access that anymore. Please get back with me so I can change the rating, I used to really like the app.

Enjoy the app
I was cynical at first, but it has a strong system for me to get back in shape with, regardless of my current fitness level. It's fairly self-evident how you worked out to train for the next workout. It's helped me stay motivated to exercise in general, so I'd recommend it. It might not be for everybody, depending on what you prefer to do, but from what I've seen, it should meet everyone's fitness app needs. Best wishes.

This is a fantastic all-around workout routine. It's like having your own personal trainer in your pocket. It's really very simple to follow, and there are plenty of demonstration videos if you get stuck on a particular exercise. You can customize the workouts based on your goals and equipment, and it will create a workout specifically for you. A solid 5 out of 5.

What a fantastic app! For a quarter of the cost, it's like getting your own personal trainer. Takes into account everything from the equipment you have to the muscles you want to focus on, as well as muscle rehabilitation, so you can tailor your workout. Even adjusts the exercises on a regular basis to keep things interesting and the body challenged. Strongly suggested!

Great for Every Level
The exercises are all very simple and require little setup. If you don't know the correct form, there are short explanation videos. I can do each of them, even when I'm having an off-day, but it's also fun to challenge myself and do more repetitions or add weights when I'm feeling strong. You can also blast music behind the instructions for motivation.

Best Workout App Ever! - Worth the Price!
A coworker suggested this app to me and I have not regrets! The app eventually requires a premium subscription, however it offers a 7-day full access free trial. Use it! The exercises, customization, UI, and notifications are all spectacular. 10/10 worth giving a shot if you wanna learn some good exercise at home or at the gym.

It is an awesome appwhich helps you plan and track gym exercises and keep your log. I strogly recommend it and rate 5, it really deserved it. Ijust have some suggestions:1- please add an option to add (at least) workout names which are missed in the list to created workout 2-in supperset only two workouts can be added, sometimes you need more than one. (like tri-set, etc.)
