Attention: Make Sure You Read the Rules

Shame on me for not reading the rules before accepting the initial deposit match. You cannot withdrawal any money until you play 20 times the sum of your initial deposit plus the match. You also have to play that amount within 14 days or you forfeit all of the money in your account.

I deposited $100 2 weeks ago. I was lucky enough to run it up over $600. I lost it all when I failed to play $4000 over 2 weeks due to my ignorance.

It’s my fault for not understanding the rules but I feel like I should have been able to retain my original $100 deposit. It feels like such a scam.

Horrible App/Don’t Download

HardRock says it’s not them. They say everything is fine with my account. Except I can’t play. HardRock took my deposit for 1st time player. I haven’t been able to wager on any game within the app. It’s been 6 months now trying to get this resolved. Still no progress. Apparently without my knowledge there’s Limits on wagering, depositing, withdrawing and time. Because of having so many problems trying to get my account up and running. Becoming frustrated beyond belief. With my money in my account that I can’t wager with. I’ve spoken to numerous agents. Play back and forth email. Therefore when I’m logged into my account. That goes against my time limits that I didn’t even set. I set spending limits and that’s it. So it takes more than a week for the No time limits to take effect. Although it says on the HardRock internet site that limits can take up to an hour to reset. But the HardRock app says I have to wait until Jan 1,2023. It’s Dec 28,2022 and this has happened 3 days ago. Unexceptable HardRock and the developer's of this app! I have numerous online accounts with other NJ casinos that I wager with and have never had such an horrific experience as I’m having with this app. I didn’t even wager I’ve gone over time limits by communicating with HardRock employees per live chat within this app. I just want my money back and I’m going to close my account. Don’t play with this app. Just go in person.

Stay away

I used to play on the old Hard Rock app a couple of years ago until they blocked my account and my husbands account due to software on our desktop computer. It was a computer game that I uninstalled. We tried playing on our phones and ipads but we were still blocked. Even when we got new phones, laptop and made multiple phones calls to customer service, still blocked. Even after we moved we still couldnt play. They denied our accounts were blocked. Claimed we still had the software even though we didn't own the computer anymore. So we said we were done. I downloaded the new app today which looks horrible compared to the old one. I had to sign up for a new account and they claim they couldn't verify me because my SS Card is laminated. Not one casino in person or online has asked to see my SS Card. I have uploaded my ID and shown in person but that's it. Nor have I ever been questioned due to my card. NJ DMV is a royal pain with ID and they always accept it for license renewal. There are better choices than Hard Rock casino for playing online in NJ. Something major must have happened with online gaming to have increased ID verification. All NJ casinos mow have to have 2 factor authentication which is a rwal nuisance.

Luck just has to be with you

Probably the most honest review your going to get. Yes the app has problems with closing out/screen going black .. home button needs improvement. I do believe you should let it be known to us gamblers that when you are matching us we have to make so and so before withdrawal. No indication. On the other hand the app is good for gambling , from what I’ve seen and I’ve played multiple game modes on here (BlackJack , Texas and 3 card poker , and a few slot machines.) I wouldn’t recommend 3 card poker but Texas is not bad at all I actually came up $1500 on it playing when I first deposited but then realized I had to make so much money in order to withdrawal. On the other hand... DRAGON POWER !! This is the only slots I will play , recently hit the grand on it for $6,140 off a 1.50 bet and I constantly hit on that slot machine. Very fun and I never feel like I’m just throwing my money away in Dragon Power.

Horrible!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This casino will steal your money. Usually when you are playing and there is a bonus or free spins on the slots machines, it would kick you out and then when you go back in, the bonus would continue, but forget it! This place stole my money! I was betting $2.50 (which is not a bad amount when you win something) and I won 8 free spins multiplying each win by 8! That’s huge if you win at least a couple... but not this time. They game kicked me out after 3 free spins, and I had only won $32 when it happened, so I refreshed the app and when I went back in, my bonus was not there anymore. I contacted support, and they told me they needed to contact the game developers to see the issue and they were going to contact me by email. I waited 3 weeks and nobody contacted me, so I decided to contact Hard Rock again, and they told me they had an answer. “The 5 free remaining games played on their own and I didn’t win anything”. Really?! I know there is other casino apps out there which I will try. I played this for a long time, but I feel like they just took my money unfairly.

Not bad , slow withdraw

Apps not bad I don’t play here very often mostly because trying to withdraw your winnings takes forever!! Most places I play I get it instantly or within 24hrs, it’s been 3 days they wanted a copy of my debit card , I usually deposit with PayPal but used my card this time, I did withdraw via PayPal but they still need a copy of my card which I uploaded 2 days ago and it still hasn’t been accepted , it’s ridiculous that just about every other casino takes min 24 hours, there’s one or 2 that sometimes takes maybe 2 days which is a lot but it’s now 3 days going on 4 and they haven’t even looked at the card I uploaded. This is the main reason I don’t really play here and I play almost daily , they need to do something about this I guarantee they would have more customers, I know I’d play here more often if they weren’t so slow!!

Decent casino, bad app design

I wish i could give this app more stars, but the people that designed it are clearly out of the loop with people that use it. Sometimes certain buttons are unresponsive. Everytime you claim your “wheel of rock” reward it wont allow you to claim another one unless you close the entire app and reopen it. It also happens on some slots. The live slots? They work 1/10 times. I must have close it and reopened it 20 times the other night and it only worked twice out of all of it.
FIX YOUR APP!!!

In terms of bonuses and withdrawals i’ve never had an issue. Also, as per people that say you win nothing on this I have won over a thousand on single 50 cent spins twice since ive signed up with them. Ive been using the app for about 2 years.

App Keeps crashing during gameplay

Positives: this is app is allowing me to gamble out of the safety of my own home instead of heading to the casinos during quarantine. I just wish the game was actually playable. Issues I keep having:

1) it keeps saying it can not identify where I am located with my location on. This happens with every update with the phone. This isn’t resolved until 2-3 weeks after the update.
2) mid-game it crashes and closes but I am able to go back in and finish the gameplay.
3) Bonuses and promotions not being applied

If you are outside NJ do not download

Didn’t realize until I was all the way through registration that it is not legal outside of New Jersey. Only found out when I went to try free spins and it says I’m attempting to do something illegal and my information has been noted authorities will be notified if I attempt to bet again?? I’m not sure I can even log into the app to try to delete my account. Thankful I didn’t deposit any funds before knowing it wasn’t legal outside NJ very shady in my eyes that this app doesn’t say anything about legality in other states and asks you to deposit money before telling you it is illegal. A warning immediately when you open the app should be required. Apple should require this.

One of the worst, if not the worst, online casino.

I would give this app negative stars if possible. I deposited money and got the match bonus, only to find out that the money you play (even the real money I deposited) turns into bonus dollars as you’re playing and you don’t unlock the bonus money until you’ve reached $6000 wagered on the site with in 2 weeks. As I’m playing blackjack, trying to unlock I realize that only 20% of my wagered money counts towards the total wagered amount (confirmed by customer support). So you need to wager 30,000 dollars!!!!! Just to unlock your initial 150 dollar deposit. What an absolute joke. PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SITE!
