Full coverage .. exceeds all the info one would expect from a sports source! Mirrors most of what the print media provides; can’t beat that for a “take it with you” tool. Makes you THE go to guy at the water cooler!

One of the two best papers for Hawkeye coverage. One issue: the podcast has two excellent experts - mark emmert and chad L? - the only problem is moderator Ross peterson. He talks to much, does not allow the experts to carry the show and ask questions no one cares about to hawk coaches - waisting valuable time. Your customer base wants to hear insights about their favorite team not Ross wanting to hear himself talk and asking obscure questions. He should reduce his words 90%. That would really improve the show.

Anyone who’s a hawk fan should hve this site on their devices very informative and knowledgeable, you can always find when and how to watch games. Articles are great ty for being here for hawk fans

App has gone downhill
It seems like in the last year or so that as this app has gone up in monthly charges that the quality and quantity of content has gone down. Hawkeye Insider has content 4 to 1 or 5 to 1 and headlines that make you want to click on it. I will hang on a little longer but if it stays the same…I will be canceling my subscription.

As an alum that was at Iowa to welcome the arrival of Iowa’s greatest basketball coach, Ralph Miller, and subsequently was in graduate school at another Big 10 school with a football coach named Woody, Hawk Central is my number one site to keep up with Hawk sports during my 46 years in Scarlet Knight country. Can’t access my subscription, no way to get help
I’m being charged through Google Play but still don’t have access to my subscription only content and it is impossible to find even a chat or email to get help and have it restored. I love the content, just extremely frustrated with the customer service.

Consistent challenges with log-in information
The content at Hawk Central is great but the App leaves a lot to be desired. I am a subscriber and have had numerous issues with accessing content. The App does not consistently recognize my user name and password and there is no easy way to log in on the App or in Settings. The Gannett needs to get this fixed.
