The app makes it easy to see how frequently your heart beats at different rates, making use of the data gathered by your Apple Watch and stored in your Health Data.
You can select the period from which the data is drawn, and, depending on the model of the Apple Watch you have, you may be able to choose to display any combination of the data that your Watch marked as corresponding to periods where you were sedentary or active.

It doesn’t respect screen safe zones so e.g. the chart controls render under the island on iPhone 14s. The “Done” button for closing the settings pop-up panel actually opens another pop-up showing the data chart, and so it recurses infinitely (though this is a workaround for the safe area issue since the pop-up doesn’t extend under the island).
There’s plus and minus controls with no explanation of what they do (turns out it’s to control how many intervals to show, whether that’s days, months etc as selected by the segmented control).
There’s also a bunch of settings which aren’t clear as to their function.
But nonetheless it does do what it says on the tin, and I found it super convenient that this app exists.
