Love it …but
Listen I love this game it keeps me occupied while still challenging me but I don’t like the current problem it won’t allow me to buy anything from the store nor can I get to the special events it’s kind of annoying ….. now I can not go any further in the game because it’s not allowing me to unlock the new area even though I have reached the level required when is this update I would like to get back to my game helloooo where is this update

Good game, long waits
I enjoy merge games and play most of the ones available on the app store. This one is definitely one of my favorites conceptually, but the wait times on production items is just WAY too long. I used one of the Casket items fully before I went to bed, and woke up this morning and it still wasn't done charging. After waiting 6-7 hours, it should be fully charged and ready, at any level. I only just started the game too, so this really deters people from wanting to play when they just begin and already have to wait until the next day to keep playing. I know that I'll have to work to upgrade them for more uses and shorter times, but starting off, this is way too long. Easy 5 star game if the wait times are reduced.

Forced tutorial
Stop shoving tutorial down my throat and let me play the game. Stop forcing me to go to merge screen. Stop forcing me to interact in order you forced me to. Stop preventing me from going to setting and having to suffer from tutorial before I can adjust settings. Stop forcing me unlock areas if I want to keep merging. Stop forcing me to claim rewards. Let me destroy dismantling box you forced me to claim. Stop forcing me to increase player level. Stop forcing me to claim rewards from player level you forced me to increase. Stop forcing me to open chest. Stop forcing me to rush opening chest. Let me destroy chest you forced me to unlock. Stop forcing me to sell item when screen is full. Stop forcing me to undo selling item. Stop forcing me to click on bubble item and watch ad.

Fun game but literally unable to progress
Was having a good time until all my quests required items from the tool belt and I haven’t gotten enough parts to actually make that so there’s no way to progress
Edit in response to dev response: No, I cannot progress. There is nothing in the store that is related to the producer I need. I could spend real money to get a bundle that rotates in, but if that’s how you’re meant to progress in the game it’s terrible. The only other option is to keep merging things that aren’t needed for quests in the hopes that the level up chest gives you what you need. I’m level 8 now and I’ve done that for two levels hoping I’d get what I need and didn’t get it.

Love this game!!
Ok, so I LOVE this game! My only problem is that I have restored the ENTIRE park……. The park needs to be expanded! I have no more tasks until the event starts up!
Also let me point out that I have not spent a dime on this game! All free! But I really need more to do with it! More story, or rides, or something!!!

Good Game, Forced Restart
I was playing this game for around a week off and on. Was really enjoying myself, I like the concept and how well this merge game was put together.
Would have given more stars had the game not broken today. It refused to load and stayed stuck at half a loading bar. After trying for hours and looking at dev responses on other reviews I finally deleted and reinstalled the app.
The problem with that is that I lost all of my progress and now have to restart. There is no way to recover lost progress. Very disappointed.

Poor event rollout
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while and decided I would pay for the upgrade on the month-long event they have going. At first you couldn’t buy the upgrade, it just showed as 0 and now with the latest update you can’t access the event page or claim rewards earned. They charged $15 w/o tax for this event and it’s not currently available. My phone is up to date, charged and on a stable network connection. I like the game but this is a poor rollout of a major upgrade and limited-time event.

Super fun, but can’t find a way to get help
The game is so much fun and I’ve loved playing it however there seems to be a glitch now where none of my tasks will populate when I attempt to complete them. I’ve looked for a help or support button and can’t find one anywhere. It seems I can’t continue playing until this is somehow fixed. Would love to keep playing!

Didn’t receive things I’ve bought
I like this game but it doesn’t seem to give you much playtime before you have to either pay to keep playing longer or wait. And I bought the Dragon Fasteners set in the events shop but haven’t received my items. I’ve even closed out the game and opened it again. Support isn’t answering.

Amazing/possible idea
I absolutely love this game the animations are beautiful and the story is well constructed. Is it possible that in a future update there could be a count down to full charge on generators the same ways there’s a count down to unlock chests ?
