Is there a rating of negative since it don’t work? I downloaded the app & I don’t have an account to use it so I created a profile & after doing all of it & accepting the terms for the app , it tells me I’m not authorized to use the app.
What’s up with that ?? How do I fix it or can I ??
I wanted to use it to track my blood sugar so I could see if it was where it needed to be but if it doesn’t work what’s the point of using it ??? I deleted it . Maybe this can be fixed soon .

Love the app. Videos are fun and informative and there is a lot of great content in the handbook.
