Hohem Pro Hack 1.3.16 + Redeem Codes

We are YouTubers so our content is everything. When we spend a lot of time and money to record a video then find that the audio gets out of sync as the video progresses. It’s so frustrating, and unreliable.

We have iPhones and don’t know if it’s a specific setting like 30fps vs 60fps, but now and then our videos audio just get so horribly out of sync trailing the video by a good 2-3 seconds almost. The longer the video the worse it gets. iPhone itself records just fine with the native camera app. So it has to be this gimbal app doing it. Please fix this and let us know what the issue is or was so we can avoid it!!! Useless otherwise

The app is clunky and difficult to navigate. None of the videos has sound. And the FAQ link doesn’t bring to a place where users ask questions, it’s just another video.

I’ll be returning this gimbal just because the app is garbage.

Like the title said. It would beep randomly and try to reconnect. Sometimes it fails and disconnects entirely. Even if the batteries have a charge or plugged into the wall while in use.

Bringing things into view for a closeup would not focus, and if you did, the auto focus would not refocus when bring the object further.

Would be nice if there could be a blur background filter.

The gimble flips around like a fish, gets limited capacity for smooth movement, and the first time it was charged longer than I could keep an eye on it suddenly doesn’t hold any charge or work very well.

I cant use my gimbal because the app toll me that my isteady x needs a update , but the app not update my gimbal I’m try all and I can’t please update your app and fix this because I need my gimbal thanks

Why are there this many apps for the gimbal? This one I know is for more professional uses instead of the presets set up for the average smartphone user. Why not have an app that incorporates both? When it comes to app size there are plenty of film apps that are HUGE in size to add extra options.

My biggest issue with this device and app are that the description on what the device can do oversold how it does it vs the step down model where you have the app with presets. It seems like having a preset for it would just have been better. The instructions didn’t work and this app didn’t work all that well either. There were overlaps of the commands on the screen and one of the menus comes up upside/down compared to the rest of the option menus on screen. The Bluetooth kept getting dropped even though the power indicator showed full power at 100% on screen and the device. There were no updates for the gimbal software in the settings menu.

This product also wasn’t compatible physically or the app with the iPhone 12 Pro Max due to the size of the phone and centering it caused it to keep hitting the gimbal arm.

Please try to incorporate the design and layout options from the Gimbal app to the Pro app. The pro version should look better than it does. It should incorporate more options and camera tricks with the gimbal.

UPDAtE: For those having problems losing Bluetooth connection, the following order is critical: (1) balance the phone on the gimbal, (2) turn on the gimbal, (3) open the Hohem Pro app. If you have the app open when you power on the Bluetooth connection won’t hold. Don’t ask me why, but that’s the way it works. I believe the Hohem folks are working to improve this app. The gimbal for the price point is a great value. The app would be 5 stars for me with these improvements: (1) allow 4K, 24 FPS (only 4K, 30 FPS available now); (2) hold settings for ISO and shutter speed when app closes. I like to set ISO to 100 and shutter speed to twice the FPS. Now, when the app is closed, it resets the ISO and shutter speed to AUTO and I have to enter my preferred settings each time I open the app. Developers: make these changes and this is 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

I just bought a gimbal and it said to download this app which I did and I took it to one of my dads performances and I recorded every song all night and then when I came home I noticed only half of the videos I recorded were there and the rest of it didn't seem to save. I spent THE WHOLE NIGHT checking if it was recording and it was and I made sure I pressed the record button every time… I have never been more upset because I was so excited to watch everything I recorded from tonight and I only got a couple videos out of it. Never using this app again. I never write reviews ever but this seriously had me so mad I just had to write one.

I should have just stuck to my regular camera and recorded on there but i wanted to give the app a try but now I know to never do that again.

Overall just do not use this app unless you want your videos to not be saved…
